Expectations need to be tempered. He’s going up against WR2s and 3s. This is exactly how CTB looked in 2023 when he was CB2 behind Awuzie, just a year later.
Just need a good CB1, Safety, and DT and keep Shemar+Trey and this defense might start humbling some QBs
I’m good with them resigning Dax and Dj for a second contract. I’d like to see Battle get better but it seems like they will need to draft at least one safety next year to really help the defense turn the corner
