Im not shocked considering most of chicago near downtown and lakefront is under a comcast monopoly on most apartments and condos.

  1. Can’t argue with those numbers, but I really thought putting the games over the air was special.

  2. I have been traveling the last 2 weeks so not in Chicago market how do you watch now? Comcast, chsn, OTA? Or is OTA gone?

  3. triple the viewership after losing 70% of it last season. Dollar Danny Wirtz strikes again!

  4. Used to be able to watch the hawks with my comcast cable package (popular TV plan, ~125 channels). They moved to CHSN and I didn’t/couldn’t watch them for a while. Finally got around to getting the antennae hooked up for OTA and 2 months later they merge back with comcast. But now it isn’t included in my cable package. Fuck paying an additional $20 a month on top of $110/mo for mediocre teams. This move just made me more likely to drop my cable package entirely.

  5. When are they supposed to stop broadcasting over the air? I’m in Indy and have been able to pick them up so far. Hopefully, that doesn’t change.
