That is all.

  1. That’s how I felt as soon as the contract was announced. This was known. Can’t block; can’t catch; can’t hold on to the ball. Literally the entire job description.

He’s still being paid for Sean Payton saying he had the prototype build (after bulking up a bit) and athleticism for the position while never having shown he can actually play the position.

It was a terrible contract 9 months ago, and it looks even worse now. To me, this was one of, if not THE, worst signings/re-signings Loomis has made. At least most of our other FA/re-signing misses were with players coming off great performances that later turned into pumpkins. Juwan has NEVER shown anything other than good measurables 6 years ago.

  2. I’m so tired of these conversion/experimental Tight ends. Taysom works because he is football, but he’s older and gets injured easily.
I want a Brock bowers, Trey McBride, Sam laporta type player again.

  3. You guys are plum silly with this stuff.

Some QBs and coaches make a TE.

Example Jimmy with a hof jacket on its way gets traded to a QB that doesn’t throw over the middle and he is on milk cartons nobody can find him.

The QB the TE and the OC have to be all on the same page.

    That takes real time.

  4. I hope he’s gone next season, whatever the cap hit. That’s the whole point of a rebuild. One of the worst contracts we signed in the last decade.
