Well, after a strong 3 and 0 start to the season, the Bolts have dropped backtoback games. I’m just frustrating to lose any game. The only thing that matters right now is getting a win, getting back in that win column. They’re going to be looking to snap that skid this morning. It’s a long season. You know, there’s a lot of football left and you know, we’re uh we’re right where we are. Let’s go. Be the best on two. Be you know, the next game is the most important one, and guys have showed up, gave their best effort, and um they’re looking forward to the challenge. Chargers have traded safety Alohi Gilman for outside linebacker Odaf Ooway. Odaf would be welcomed here and a very good productive player, young player right in the prime of his career. You hate to say it in week six a must win but it does feel like this is an awfully important one. Chargers Dolphins Chargers trying to snap a twoame losing streak. Like I said, it’s just a time to shine for players. The only that matters the people in the group, man. Do it for each other, man. for coaches, for everybody in this organization. When the going gets tough, the tough get going. And uh we just look at it as an opportunity to do that. Time to shine. It is a sun soaked afternoon with potentially a season defining game. And you think about all the opportunities presented here today. And Videll gets the call as the starting back in the run game. We get to come off the ball and smash them in the mouth. We take pride in that. We love when we have opportunities to showcase that. Kamani Videll has been a spark here in the first quarter for Los Angeles. And there’s Videll. He’s got an open lane to the 50 to the 40. One man to beat. Stiff arm all the way down to the 20 yd line. And that is a career long for Vidal and Mr. Automatic good again. So 7 to six. And you can feel that Miami heat as the sun is blasting the Chargers sideline. Yeah, we thought it would be an ugly an ugly football game where you just got to try and figure out how to have one more point than the Dolphins today. Sometimes it’ll be like that. They will have to step up and uh he said take some of the load off on the offense and make more plays. Gordon is taken down for a loss. It’s a quick throw. Cam busted up incomplete. I find so many similarities to boxing and and football. But as we’ve said in the past, this Miami team is explosive. It’s not going to be a first round TKO. Like boxing, it is a football fight every single week. Dolphins fans hoping for something, a spark of some sort as Tom ticks away in the fourth quarter to a dangerous passes caught by Ingold and down the sideline he goes. We got two teams that uh desperate for a win. They’re playing their hearts out there. Here’s Malik Washington and he picks up the first down. Dolphins second in the league in converting these opportunities for touchdowns. Back and forth to win. They responded. Takes it in. Touchdown Dolphins, man. We got a completely different game. That’s the nature of the uh the NFL. It’s It’s diabolical that way. Momentum has found its way back to the Miami sideline. Everybody’s good. This place is alive for the first time since the first half. Now it’s time to get your Tums ready here. Absolutely. It’s advantage Dolphins. Everybody’s great. The way they manage that the fourth quarter tip the cap. They’d love to be able to take this thing all the way down and score a touchdown inside a minute or so. Dolphins up one. 2726. This is where this new kickoff comes into play. Just the momentum that you can get for both teams. Whether it’s a block, punt, a good return. You got to make really good decisions on the back end here. Right. There’s Nahm Hines on the return. Hines across the 30 still going. And Hines with a great return. A good kickoff return. Get the offense kind of get those juices going cuz everybody kind of feeds off it because everybody’s watching on the sideline getting ready to go out there for their next drive. Remember the Chargers have one of the best kickers in the NFL in Cameron Dicker. Can Justin Herbert get him into field goal range? When Justin has the ball in his hands, I think everybody has confidence, whether it’s the defense, the O line out there, the receivers. Pressure coming again. Herbert in trouble. Herbert keeps it alive. Completes it to Makunki who stops on a dime. There he goes. McCunki inside the 20. How did Herbert do it? Just everybody on the field really feeds off of him. What a play. Oh, Lad Maki stops the clock at 22 seconds. How about Justin Herbert Chop Robinson right in his lap. Then you also had Jaylen Phillips. He shakes off both of them, makes the throw. It’s one-on-one in space, but hits the brakes and makes it happen. Wow. And now the Chargers so well within field goal range just line it up where Cameron Dicker wants it. Dicker is four for four on his field goals today. Dicker from 33 yds away. Dicker’s kick online. It is good. There’s uh no moral defeats, but there are moral victories. There’s that quick throw. And how about that? Derwin James with the interception. And that’s going to do it. Great for morale. Great for uh you know just belief. A beautiful way to end this game. Guys were talking about it on the on the sideline. Every time things got tough, you know, saw our guys as tough gets going, believing in each other, believing in uh themselves and their teammates. Well, everybody had their each other’s back. You know, we talked about the defense getting some turnovers. They did that. And defense gives up, you know, that touchdown late to Waller. The offense has their back, goes right back down and gets the field goal to win it. So everybody bouncing off each other today. All right, as I told you, this better be our finest hour. We came in here, got a win, and that might be our finest hour. Like the boxer just wants another round, you know. Give me one more round. We talked about it. Hey, whatever you got to do, get out of here. One point, doesn’t matter. Just get out of here with a win and they were able to get it done. 2927 Chargers win. Snap that twoame losing streak. Let’s get healed up. Let’s keep tightening it up, man. We are chipping away. chipping chipping away and being a really great football team. So today help 4 and0 in the AFC 4 and two overall getting this big blue machine turned around. Let’s move on with humble hearts. Get back to work after we have a half a collection.
