We all knew ST would be bad but Pass Blocking, Pass Offense, Run Blocking and Run Offense are incredible to me. Stafford truly making something out of nothing. RBs need to be more efficient in every way. The gaps are there. Everything matches the eye test for me.

  1. It confirms that I’m still worried about Stafford’s back holding up (both literally and metaphorically)

  2. 1st in passing, but 28th in pass blocking

2nd in run blocking, but 23rd in rushing???

These are weird. Either PFF is baloney, or I need a more specific explanation of these.

  3. The oline isn’t playing that well. Stafford is playing extremely well. Those high throws are because Stafford feels rushed. He’s playing at a high level though

  4. 1. Good pass offense but terrible pass blocking means we have a counterintuitive pass offense

    2. Good run blocking but 23rd in rushing means we have a counterintuitive run offense

    3. Special teams is an issue which we all knew

    4. Beast defense

All in all our offense is counterintuitive which checks considering we have issue scoring once in the red zone

  5. You know this whole thing about Kyren losing a game because of a fumble is getting pretty tired

When you’re watching a game that your team isn’t in and you see somebody punch a ball out in a key situation you think it’s a great play – like what Hutchinson did to Henry

But when it’s your team, it’s the guy who was carrying the ball

That game was actually lost by McVay and secondarily Karty- you have a Hall of Fame quarterback on fourth and two and you call a run – McVay is a terrible play caller and there is just no denying it

  6. Stafford has an incredible ability to stop opposing teams with that millisecond fake handoff – Williams protects him on the back end of the playb

  7. Number one pass offense is actually insane considering how bad the pass blocking supposedly is
