Game Highlights: Blackhawks 8, Blues 3

where they’re that team again against the St. Louis Blues. You’re a mayor down there in that box hanger. Been watching you all night with those players and fans. Have fun down there. Forgot how good those smelling salts are. Other two linemates went for a change. And so Vic has time to hang out behind the net. Robert Thomas quickly closed on him. So it’s Murphy through center and Dickinson will get a touch to get it deep and wanders out again. Oh, gave it away and they score. the normally surehanded puck handler and Joel Hoffer put it on a platter for Ilia McKay and his third of the season already. Boy oh boy, he was going right up the middle of this. He looks where he’s going and he was going to Bnavich and keep an eye on Bnavic’s reaction was Matt Grizzlick. Classic across Fedard down the boards can’t reach for it so it’s Tucker instead. Robert Thomas the outlet pass and Pareco has a man in neighbors two-on-one with Puch Neavich neighbor couldn’t get it to go Pareco on the floor now they score it finally made its way to Jake Neighbors and the Blues come right back to tie it had to be a tough one he’s it’s against the grain right Banger that puck stops and there’s really not much he could do but he does somehow get that pat on it oh and give Pero a lot of credit for following it up. Jimmy Snugaroo fresh off a two-goal game in Vancouver on Monday. Well, fun for him to play against his former teammate with the golfer, Sam Renzel, who’s had a fine start on the blue blue line for the Hawks. Riel down the wing and he scores. Riel one along the ice that just found a hole in Hoer. Oo, that’s a tough start there for Hoer. short side shot like that and he takes advantage of that with some speed off the side. But this has no business going in the net. There’s no one better. I mean, he is so thoughtful, so caring for all of his teammates. Doesn’t matter who actually neighbors, friends. He is Well, who did he text first when Matthew Schaer made the team, right? Matthew Schaer. St. Miss has tied it on a goal from Dylan Holloway [Music] for both sides, but there’s a turnover right here. Just a small little play. The back check of the St. Louis Blues. We saw Jim Montgomery moves it ahead. Snugaroo denied the exit by Flick and then stolen away by Bedard. Centering pass one time and they score. It’s Flick off the feed from Bedard and the Blackhawks are out in front again. Well, this starts with a great pinch by Blic. Looked like Riel deflected it. And the winger has to be more aware on that pinch. I mean, you can’t just leave your stick out and exposed, which is positive. And both teams try to do it, but right now Chicago with a lot of offensive zone time. Renzel at his first NHL goal in the home opener against Montreal. Is Nazar with speed. Nazar cuts in. Nazar. He scores and then he gets tackled by neighbors after running into the goalender and big creep. He might want to jump in the pocket and help the boys out. That’s our AT&T connected Camry. There’s a beautiful shot. You can hear the clank of the boards right there. And then the follow through with he he tried a little forehand backhand slide it between the legs move there and Bennington comes up with a great save. Now it’s Dickinson down the wall. He scores. from the defensive zone. Good pass. And now Chicago tries to transition ahead. The drop pass McKay. How about a look there and a save from Hoff for the rebound. Still loose and they score. And the shot by Big Blue Krebier is stopped. But look where number eight is there. One hopper and then another one as he gets from behind Jody. He have confidence. Yeah, he sure does. You’ll see him in the bumper position in the slot. Here’s Connor Badard all the way across. One-time they score. What a pass. Oh my. What a pass that was. Just a beautiful pass for the one-time, Jody. It’s hard. He gets down deep. He pulls that box down low of the St. Louis Blues. Oh, he tipped it. Wonderful people. And yeah, we’re thinking of of everybody dealing with it, but those two Yeah. beloved friends of ours. Oh, just backing off. I mean, this is about 9 ft wide on a wobbly shot. Badard to a trailing Riel. Riel shot blocked and they score. First goal. Ryan Green’s first in the National Hockey League. Excellent two-way player. Conor Bard. Is he going to get another helper here? Plays it back to Riel. The shot went off Mayu’s stick. The Chicago Blackhawks on the road in St. Lewis put up eight against the Blues in a fivegoal victory for Arvin Solder Bloom and the Blackhawks.

  1. You know it was definitely not the road trip. It was the lack of playing in the offensive zone. 1st period was at least ok in that part, even though Hofer gave up two unpleasant goals. In the start of the second wasn't good, I see a good reason Monte pulled Hofer over half way. Maybe they could've get Binner a little warmup. The 3rd period, I think putting Hofer back in was a mistake, if Binner could've finished it out, it could've been 6-3. But at the end of the day, it was the defense that was lacking getting the puck out the zone.

  2. I thought they were going to get off to a better start this year…
    On to the next one.

And Hofer needs to stop ‘Hofing’!!!
I mean FFS, when Binner looks dumb in net, it can partially be blamed on the defense, but I’d love to see our back up NOT pass it to the other team and possibly keep the first 5 shots out of the fkn net…
