  2. Wind wise and weather wise, this is a bad idea. A lot of shit happens around the river, north of the river can channel a lot of storms especially early in the season. The k is on a hill, somewhat acceptable to winds and rain because  drainage and the split. Plus south wind blowing off the river in drought will make the stadium smell like ass. This is the biggest point. 

  3. News about NKC only comes out after the Jackson county recall vote and a new county executive appointed. While I don’t question the validity and seriousness of the negotiations in NKC, the timing is too suspicious.

    The last site selection in the last round we had no idea until the last possible minute. It was full steam ahead in NKC until they announced East Crossroads. If the team wants to keep things under wraps, we won’t know until they want it out in the public.
