OUR SEASON ENDS, IF WE LOSE! | Arizona Cardinals vs Green Bay Packers Week 7 Preview 🔥👀

It’s Packers week and typically the Cardinals put BTA to the Packers, playoffs included. If you’re a Packers fan, welcome. This is a great place to start. But the Cardinals have a way different record than the Green Bay Packers currently. So, this is going to be a way different game potentially. The Cardinals have a lot of things that they are battling. We are in an uphill battle potentially the locker room being completely lost. Green Bay opposite side of the coin. So, we’re going to go ahead and discuss this to preview how I think this game is going to go. You guys drop your predictions down in the comments section below. Packers fans, if you’re new here, welcome. Cardinals fans, hit subscribe. We’re on the road to 10K. Let’s go ahead and dive right into this thing. And I want to keep this as unbiased as possible, but holy, people do not believe in the Arizona Cardinals whatsoever. Typically, when this happens, you know, the other team wins. That’s how this goes. This is a complete sweep. Green Bay is expect Greenb Green Bay is expected to win this convincingly. There’s not a lot of people who have optimism in this Cardinals team. myself included. But they do expect them to play it pretty close. Nine points, four points, four point. 64, seven, seven, you have nine, you have 15, which is just outrageous. I mean, maybe it plays out that way. I just don’t see a world where we only score 10 points. And 24- 10 for Maurice Jones Drew. Now, I understand why people are predicting this because the Packers are a phenomenal team. They are currently sitting number one in the NFC North. They don’t have the most wins, but they have that tie, and that is pivotal because they’ve only lost once, the highest win percent in the NFC North, and that might come down to the wire. The Packers play well at home. They are currently 3-0 and 0 and one away. So, that’s very pivotal because they are at home. Green Bay plays great there. So, that’s always fun. And um yeah, this is their schedule so far. Not a ton of games really impress me besides the fact that they did beat the Commanders with Jaden Daniels. And that game looks a lot closer than it really was. They were beating up on Jaden Daniels and the Commanders. They really didn’t have a choice on anything. And Jaden Daniels was getting a lot of soft zone yards towards the end of that game. But like the Browns game stands out because the defense, you play good defense against Green Bay. It’s possible. They showed you guys the recipe for success, but they also poured 40 on the Dallas Cowboys whose secondary is atrocious. And they just came off a win against the Cincinnati Bengals. Yeah, they’ve shown some stuff. And the Green Bay Packers, they’re not a team you really take lightly. And uh it’s led by this guy right here, the probably most underrated quarterback in the entire NFL in my opinion, Jordan Love. I feel like a lot of people discredit him. Ever since learning from Aaron Rogers, I think that is the best decision they’ve ever made. It was very questionable at the time, from myself included why you do that and don’t go in. When you have the MVP of the league playing ridiculous football, still to this day, you can argue that that was dumb, that they never fully built around him. But then they have this kid right here who’s no longer a kid. This guy is looking legit. This is the guy that they wanted and this is the guy they got. Jordan Love is on a tear this season. 1259 yards, nine touchdowns, two interceptions. He’s played great and passed for over 70% in every game besides the Commanders one where he passed 61.3 with 300 yards and two touchdowns. He is averaging a 110.9 passer rating. And you can tell he has taken so much things from Aaron Rogers game and he has translated it into the quarterback he is today. Packers fans have been ridiculously blessed. You guys had Bart Star, Brett Favre, Aaron Rodgers, and now you have Jordan Love, just another competent quarterback that could be a superstar one day. And he’s playing at a superstar level right now. And this team is completely curated around him. And you guys got a first round receiver in Matthew Golden, which again, this we’re talking about the past, but you guys did not do that for Aaron Rogers. Matthew Golden, speaking of, just had his best game of the season. So, it’s gonna be very interesting because their receivers, I feel like, are all great wide receiver, too. You have Romeo Dobs, you have Matthew Golden. Like, you got playmakers on this team. But the thing is, I think Matthew Golden is the second best receiver in this draft class. And I’m not even taking Travis Hunter into account. He is not counting for me because he plays both sides. It’s hard to get a gauge. Maybe they pivot him full-time, but he looks incredible, but we’re not talking about that. Matthew Golden was my wide receiver too behind Abuka and Abuca looked sensational and Matthew Golden just had his coming out party and the Cardinal secondary has struggled a little bit. We’ve had our bright spots. Will Johnson is a huge bright spot but I’m a little concerned especially on their defensive side of the ball where they have Rashawn Garry, Micah Parsons and company. And Micah Parsons a lot of people look at his two and a half sacks and are comp like they’re really trying to compare it to people. I’ve seen Cardinals fans try to compare Joshua to Micah Parsons. This is why you can’t do that. Micah Parson’s double team rate is around 67%. That means two out of every three snaps. Let’s just say they get three and outs. Two of those he is getting double team on. That is ridiculous. Miles Garrett is the only person in the NFL who has a higher double team rate at 76% and that’s because he’s the best defender in football. This is ridiculous. And obviously you have to cater your entire scheme around Micah Parsons or he will wreck your game. Not looking forward to it. The Cardinals offensive line has struggled. And when I say struggled, I mean ridiculously struggled. This was last week against the Colts. Jacobe Brassette was pressured on almost 50% of his drop backs. 48.9 to be exact. Versus the Colts. Basically, he was pressured one every two drop backs. Just insanely bad. That’s per nextg stats or K1 since day one on X. I’m not looking forward to this. and just point blank period. We’re gonna have to cater a lot to this game plan. And Jacobe Brassette was getting put on his butt a lot. And he had a phenomenal game. Jacobe Brassette was ripping it. I’m assuming he’s going to start in this game. We’ll talk about that in just a second. But the Packers are not a team you can take lightly. So, we’ll see what happens, but they are definitely a team that concerns me on both sides of the ball. The quarterback is phenomenal. They have weapons and that defense has the ability to play as a top five unit. Now, talking about the Cardinals, it’s hard to not glance over the injuries. It’s not an excuse. You have to play with who you have, but we are dropping like flies. Kyler Murray is probably going to be out this game. He has a Lisf Frank injury in his foot. You don’t want to rush him back. We have a by-week next week and then we play Dallas. Kyler plays great against Dallas. And if Jacobe Brassette balls out, maybe you sit him an extra week and just make sure he’s fully comfortable. But who knows? He’s out. Jonathan Ganon hasn’t stated that he will be healthy enough and he will be on that field when the time is right. So once he’s healthy, he’ll be on the field. James Connor is on IR. Trey Benson on IR. Should return at some point. Tip Ryman out for the year. Blake Gillicanin back injury on IR. Garrett Williams on IR is expected to return. Starling Thomas ACL out for the year. Darius Robinson is practicing, but we don’t know if he’s a full go yet. Justin Jones IR. LJ Collier IR. Sean Murphy Bunting. Walter Nolan. Marvin Harrison concussion protocol. It is just all bad for the Cardinals. This season has gone insanely bad. And it’s for bigger reasons than that. We have lost so many games that are ridiculously close. Let me see if I can pull it up real quick. Look at this. Absolutely disgusting. The Saints game, we almost let them come back. Same with the Panthers. That is a seven and a five point. I don’t know why I struggled so hard. A seven and a fivepoint win against two of the worst teams in my opinion. The Saints are playing better football than I thought. The Panthers are three and three. Just beat Dallas, but at the time I had no confidence in that. These were supposed to be easy wins. Then we play two division rivals where the Seahawks kind of just curb stomped us until the fourth quarter where Drew Petting really just let Kyler Murray rip it. San Francisco, we couldn’t get anything going. The defense gave us every opportunity. And Amari de Marcato dropped a pass to give us a walk-in touchdown that would have sealed that one. But no, Amari, same thing against the Titans. Dropped the ball, would have sealed it. We could have had four wins potentially pretty easily. And it’s not on plays that are like huge whatifs. It’s just like the easy stuff that we just completely muffed. It’s literally two walk-in touchdowns that he fumbled. ridiculous Colts. Trey McBride got held on the goal line, but it’s not a game of whatifs because guess what? Our record’s two and four. But I’m just saying it’s that close of margin of error that if you just don’t make these stupid little plays, you’re winning games. And if the ref called a flag, you win the game. But that’s not the case. So going to our QB1 though, this is the thing. This is what I was saying. He has to make sure he’s healthy enough to play. So we’ll progress him along the week and see where he’s at. He’s currently practicing and throwing to practice squad players. So every sign is indicating to Jacobe Brassette playing which is perfectly fine because Jacobe Brassette has looked fantastic. This is what Drew Petting has allowed Jacobe to do. And this is also Jacob’s play in fact as well. But you gave the man 44 attempts. Let’s keep ripping that thing. We can’t run the ball. No running back on our team has over four yards per carry besides Trey Benson. Bam Knight under four. Guess who else? James Connor in his limited action was under four. Guess who else? We have Michael Carter under four. Trey Benson played one game as a starter and the only reason he has continually popped off 40 is because he has two massive runs. That’s about it. That really helps his yards per carry. And this is Jacob Brassette in his one game played. He was ripping it all across the field and there’s only two passes behind the line of scrimmage and about two of them at the line. So, this is very interesting to see and I like this. This is what I like to see. I like to see the ball getting spread. I don’t know if Kyler Murray’s able to replicate the same thing with Drew Petting knowing that the run game is systematically broken. I’m very curious to see how he curates the game plan once Kyler does return cuz we’re going to see him back and I’m very curious to see how he curates it against the Green Bay defense cuz we need Jacobe to rip it once again. There’s no ifands or buts about it. I don’t think we’re going to have a very successful run game and there’s a lot of injuries that we can really look at too for both teams. There’s a lot. Brandon McManis a quad injury as a kicker. That’s not good. He’s a DMP. Zack Tom, offensive lineman DNP. Lucas Van Ness DMP. Devonte Wyatt DNP as well. Looking at the Cardinals DMPS, Amari Z Jones, and Bechum. All DMPs, but Beachum is just unrest. He will probably be a good to go. Then we have Katon Crawford, a Davis, Gator, Darren Hall, Marvin Harrison Jr., Donovan Knight, Kyler, Walter Nolan, Darius Robinson, DTD, Michael Wilson, Bal Nichols, all basically limited besides Bal who is on personal reasons. I’m expecting him to be able to go. And then looking at the Packers, they have a lot of people who are on this list. That could be interesting. Josh Jacobs is ill. He’s sick. I don’t know what he’s battling right now. That is interesting to know. I’m assuming he’ll be fully healthy by the time it’s very early in the week. But we have Aaron Banks, Anthony Belton, you got Jordan Morgan, Jacob Monk, Christian Watson, De Oh my gosh, I always butcher this guy’s name. Deon the I don’t know, Dwix, and then Warren Brinson, Javon Bullard, and Matthew Golden. The bottom three, Brinen, Bullard, and Golden are all full, but I expect most of these guys to honestly play. The only ones that really concern me for the Packers would be a Lucas Vaness and Brandon McManus. Uh Packers fans, you guys let me know how you guys feel about it, but those are the two that really stand out to me. And for the Cardinals, I mean, point blank period, if you lose Zay Jones for the game, that is your starting slot receiver who just had his best game. Amari, you can miss genuinely with respect. Marvin Harrison Jr. Concussed. So, I’m assuming he’ll be good to go and pass protocol before week seven, I believe we’re in, which is crazy. But Marvin Harrison, I would expect to go. Kyler Murray, I’m expecting to sit out. Walter Nolan, same thing as well. Hopefully, Darius Robinson’s good to go, but if he’s not, he’ll be back after the buy. So, this is what the injury report looks like. It’s not good, but I’m very concerned about Packers week, not going to lie. Typically, the Cardinals dominate. Everybody is against us, and I’m actually feeling a Cardinals win, as delusional as that sounds. But back against the wall, we have nothing to lose. We have to win this game. If the Cardinals can’t come out here and actually pull it off, our season’s over. Point blank period. Everybody in the locker room knows that. Everybody has to have the mentality that if we lose this game, it is completely over. The Packers are probably going to overlook us and be like, “Hey, this is a game that we should just completely dominate.” Josh Jacobs is ill. He is sick. That could play a factor. But Jordan Love is on a tear right now. And our defense has been great. It’s just the fourth quarter performance has taken a dip. The Cardinals offense has to be consistent. We’ll see what Drew Pettson can cook up because he has been awful all season long regardless of what people think after Jacobe Brassette ripped it for one game. He has been awful. Curt Warner has said it multiple times that this is not an offense for success. So hopefully caters the playbook to ripping the football more balanced attack and the run game comes second. Then we’ll be in a good spot. But I got the Cardinals winning this one man 27 to 21. You guys let me know how you guys feel about that down below. could be a little delusional, but I think the Cardinals back is completely against the wall. And if we don’t, I’m going to ride with our guys. But if we don’t actually come out with that fire and intensity, then we could get blown out. I could see that. But we have to have this.
