Another one-off location is the Situation Room, which I believe shows up in Chum Bucket Supreme.
He doesnt seem embarrassed, confused, shocked, anything. He was aware what was going on, and he wasnt the only person on the bench. Dude was most likely going over some recent game film before heading off
