Jeremy back on the shooting floor. Not really sure if this means they are accelerating his return date or not.

  1. Oh to be young again and heal overnight. You go from healing in hours or days to weeks and months for the same injury over the course of a long career

  2. One thing’s for sure though, with the added depth of the team, he has to fight harder for his minutes and new contract this season.

  3. He has to. It wouldn’t make sense to keep at it forever. He has to come in and start hitting 3s, or I’m not sure where he fits in our starting 5. Would be more of a backup.

  4. It might be “better” to do 2 handed free throws but damn I’m gonna miss how unique his 1 handed FTs were. If nothing else those 1 handed FTs shows he’s a Spurs player through and through, willing to do whatever it takes to be a better shooter.

I’m hoping all the injury stuff is just the Spurs being overly cautious with him. I totally get it with the calf strain, we saw last season the horrors that can lead to if you try to play through it.

  5. He gets injured pretty often, so it’s more shocking to me that he’s going back to 2 handed free throws. I want him to keep that one handed free throw forever

  6. His form in this clip looked a lot lot better than it has since he came into the league, really excited for Jeremy. Sadly this is old, he’s still gonna miss the first few games, but getting him and Fox back at once will be sweet
