[Korac] Logan Mailloux was the last skater on the ice today. He will be a healthy scratch tomorrow. I think he understands this is a long-term process and small things like putting in extra work, even by himself, is part of that process that goes a long way towards development.

  2. Kessel was pretty good 2 years ago, but last year was pretty bad. Hope he’s up for the challenge of the Dallas Stars.

    The Bolduc-Mailloux trade is one that needs to be evaluated after a few *years* to determine the winner, not a few games.

    Defenseman always take longer to hit their stride, Mailloux was a later pick than Bolduc, Bolduc had over 100 games of NHL experience compared to Mailloux’s like 10

    ^ these are just a few of the many reasons why it’s too early to grade the trade

  6. The other night when Neighbours got jumped Mailloux grabbed a guy & drug him off. Pulled him away like a rag doll. I was impressed w/ that. We all knew when we got him it was going to take time. Teaching, learning & time. But I liked how he stuck up for #63!
