The Jets make Joe B not want to watch football anymore 😭

For me, this is not even a question. The worst kind of feeling I have as a Jet fan, this team, this future, where this is the worst moment I’ve ever had as a Jet fan in terms of looking around and saying, “Where is this going?” In your opinion, is this the worst time in your life of being a New York Jet fan? You know, boy, I tell you, like I said, 60 years. I think I’ve hit rock bottom I don’t know how many times. I mean, you know, in the 70s they never made they never even had a winning season in the 70s. Uh, you know, um, when Kite was here was brutal. But we got Bill. I I’ve said this last week. It it led us to parcels, right? Uh you know, and we’ve had some bad years with these coaches of late. We haven’t been to the playoffs in 15 years. But where are we now? Who is the guy that’s going to save our franchise? Who’s the Bill Parcels out there now that’s going to come in here and turn this franchise around? If it’s clear that Muji and Glenn are not the answers, who is the guy turning the franchise around? I I don’t know the answer to that. I really don’t. Who is it? It’s just incredible that six weeks into a rookie head coach’s tenure, this is the conversation we’re having. Who’s going to replace and and it really And I got to tell you this too, man. And you know me, I’m all over the football. I watch it. I’m watching everybody play. It takes it rips my heart out to me even to sit down and watch a game. Totally. I mean, I I I mean, you know, I I you know, my uh do I really want to sit here and watch this? I I got to get away from it. You know what I mean? after watching this bro is the first time I was the father of the year and the husband of the year yesterday cuz I said to my family at 12:30 I said let’s go let’s go see a movie and I took him out I literally cuz I was so freaking disgusted by the garbage I just I didn’t want to watch real football I just I needed a break from

Things have gotten so bad as a Jets fan that Joe Benigno doesn’t even want to watch football anymore!

  9. The Jets blew it by not hiring Vrabel. Now New England is rebuilding. They should have hired Gruden ,instead they hire a guy that is a former jet and has no idea what he’s doing.

  13. I am 66( only a few years behind Joe B). I am not a FAN, I am not even a follower anymore. I am a distant Jet OBSERVER. The NFL season is already over.
    I am moving into the Knicks and Rangers, and it's early October.
    Football,…FOOTBALL? That ended in 1982/83.

  23. Edward’s, Mangini Ryan,Bowles, Gase, Saleh,Glenn. ALL first time head coaches. Woody Johnson doesn’t want an established head coach. His ego won’t let him. He wants a puppet that he can control. He wants to be the one to find a first time head coach so he can pat himself on the back.

  25. I've been able to tune the garbage out, b'c' I've had enough. I probably pulled the emotional plug 5 years ago. I don't spend any money on them. I enjoy college football saturdays so much, and I flip the jets on where i live out of market and sit back. Some games I don't watch.. It's not must watch tv for me anymore. I no longer plan my sundays around jets football. Saturday is my day of football w/ CFB. The rest is whatever. I've been a fan since 79 and am over it. Emotionally checked out.

    That being said, those that pay for tickets need to stop!!! They can't be putting money into this teams pocket!!! That's the only way we can fight back.

    I’ve been watching this team since 1976.

    This franchise has been used by two consecutive owners as investment products.

    Sonny Werblin is the ONLY managing partner in this teams history that wanted the best people for the job at all levels of the organization because he wanted to win, win and win some more.

    Nobody is going to tell me that Woody Johnson has a fire in the belly to be a winning franchise. Not as he chronically hires inexperienced general managers and head coaches with virtually zero proven record in those positions.

    Until the Jets get starved into being put up for sale, woody Johnson is going to treat it like the lucrative hustle he has been since he bought the team.

    He knows he does not have to win shit because there are plenty of suckers and sheep that keep buying tickets, merchandise, pay for parking, buy food and beverages, etc..

    People need to stop feeding this organization money!!! Force this con artist worm to sell!!

  32. There's only one option for the JETS and that's for this team to be sold. We are so numb that if a new owner moved this whoa-be-gone franchise to some other city, we'd almost be relieved. They must hire a competent coaching staff, draft a QB and/or develop one.

  37. I would like to know why the Jets over and over and over again hire a HC first n then they hire a GM. Instead of hiring a GM n let him pick his coach. Any org that does that has failed.The problem starts at the top….

  40. Jet fans always want the quick answer. There is none. Even if you get a talented QB but if coaching is sub-standard then the Jets fans will run that QB out of town too. Darnold and Smith are doing just fine.

  42. They need to sell the team they need to get rid of Woody Johnson. It needs to go back to New York or another state in America. The Jets are a joke they are completely unwatchable. I stopped going to games 20 years ago.

  46. Although the defense played well, Jets LB Sherwood #44 got picked on and exposed in coverage. AG stays in base for too long, which is his style from the Lions days, pitting a fast yet stiff LB vs a WR. The All-22 highlighted that.

  47. After watching 40 plus years of this trash, I wish Woody would sell the team. Let them move and become the Albuquerque isotopes 😂 then I can get on with my life
