Guess he didn’t get a fair chance last year

He’s had his chance, plenty of chances

  2. Y’all are brutal. This is a very measured statement from Terry. He’s not asking to start, he just wants a chance to redeem himself from last year. We all know he used to ball before his injury, so if he remembers how to do that, give that man his fair chance.

  3. I just wanted a fair chance to not have to witness this dude sucking ass on the basketball court.

  4. Spo was constantly playing this guy as if he was his long lost illegitimate son. He’s just now realizing his NBA career might be over after his current contract ends and desperately wants to show he can play. Should have thought about that when you were sabotaging our team in so many games last year

  5. Him saying he wants a fair chance this year doesn’t mean he doesn’t think he got one last year.

This sub is full of idiots

  6. I think he’s just saying he wants a clean slate and to not have past performances impact coaching decisions, which I get.. but also, won’t happen

  7. F this guy, I never want to see him wearing our jersey. Talks about “fairness”, but was involved in that gambling scandal.

  8. Of course the quote sounds crazy but he is in the unfortunate position of being on a team that will likely not give him minutes, but won’t trade or release him either.

At this point, he’s a highly paid cheerleader, and has the opportunity to be a good locker room guy helping the young guys. Barring a ton of injuries that’s the best outcome for him until the trade deadline, which I assume he will be waived afterwards if the Heat can’t find a trade partner.
