Because mlb the show ratings are absolute ass and have been for the last, i don’t even know, 6 years?

Relief pitchers have lower overall. 1.2 whip is probably an 80. I’m just sad he didn’t get a playoff card. He deserved one.
Attributes are based on a 3 year average in the show not just the current year.
Insane that they didn’t give him a postseason card for his performance in the Wild Card
Fr they gave melton and finnegan 99 overalls for the DS but not vest for the wild card I was just as confused
As an mlb the show veteran I can say confidently that he will probably become a high silver at least before the end of the year. This happened last year to Vest too
Did the same thing with Palencia as well. Just kept waiting for him to go up and just didn’t
Relievers don’t get high overalls. If he were listed as a closer with all the same ratings he’d be ≈85 ovr

Hasnt been a throwback Miguel Cabrera card in 2 years. Must of lost his rights once he left the mlb or something.
You can edit a players attributes.
The reliever overalls look wonky because their stamina stats are always low. There’s only a couple 85+ bull pen arms in the game. Still should be a bit higher but it’s not alarming where it currently is
