Let’s talk about Bejan Robinson today. Bjan Bejan, whatever you want to call him, he was busting people’s ass. He got a shout out from the greatest athlete of all time, my glorious king, LeBron James. Uh, I’m I’m going to have to text Bejan about that. You know, congratulations, man. That your your career has been made. Forget an allpro. LeBron tweeted about you big game. That’s amazing. Shay, do you ever get LeBron tweeting about you? Uh, probably if he like nice dudes, you know, that’s nice. But Paul’s LeBron got a lot going on over there. That’s crazy. That’s crazy. No, how far do y’all think Bjan can take this Falcons team? Because it really is just all on him. He’s been amazing though. Before we get to the the I’ll let him get to the Falcons and all that. I I like to talk about the running back. Talk about it. Listen, I said this two years ago, right? Cuz Saquon was the man last year and I said, “Yo, be John Robinson is so good. In three years, it’s going to be his league. I don’t know if there’s a running back better than him.” Yeah. And let me tell you why. He can block. You ain’t taking him out on third downs because he can block and he can run routes and he can catch and he could cut, he shake you, make you miss stiff army and he’ll run you over. There’s not a running back in the league like him. He does everything from from point A to B to C to D. He does everything your running back you need. If you had to draw up a running back, it would be him. There’s nobody that can do everything he does. He the most complete back in football right now. Tell me somebody that’s more complete than him. Dang. And I’ll give you I’ll tell you why. Okay, let me elevate the conversation. Is he the most complete running back in the last 10-15 years? Let me take it even further. Like, how good is he? He’s only been playing for what, three years? I can’t skill set. Skill set. I’m not talking about what he’s accomplished. When you talk about catching off the back field, vision, balance. I won’t I won’t do that. I I respect resumes like Christian McCaffrey. You talking about complete, he’s been complete. Yeah. You get what I’m saying? Like there’s guys been dominant. St. Collins have was dominant. Um Derek Henry’s been dominant. But you talk about complete, that’s a whole another level. You get what I’m saying? When a coach game plans, he’s going to say, “All right, we’re going to use John cuz he can do everything compared to, yo, we’re going to let Derek, you know, run hard with the power.” Yes. You get here’s what’s crazy. I be watching the Baltimore Ravens games and there’s nothing more infuriating than seeing Derrick Henry come off the field on third down and I’m like, how do y’all have a top three running back in football, the second highest paid running back in football? The third down is the most important down in all of football. We literally refer to it as money down. We practice it more intently at practice than any other down in all of football. And Dererick Henry’s off the field. Derrick Henry doesn’t play in two minutes. Derrick Henry comes off in the most important times of the games. But Bjan Robinson, that’s when he excels. So I think Shady, you on to something, bro. I think you’re on to something. Yeah. Know I mean we we have his stats up right here. He has been unbelievable in all purpose. 124. He’s not had more than 25 touches in any game so far this season. And he has 822 total yards through five games. 822 total. 22 total through five games. And and to be real with you and then sometimes, yo, he he he steps out and like, you know what, let my other backups get in there. I’ve seen it cuz I bet on him like, yo, man, hey, wait, we need three more yards. Get your butt back in there. That dude’s special, though. Is he like Marshall fault from a game perspective? Is it fair to say like not yet? Okay. Marshall, we thought Marshall Fault. Marshall Fault. Ain’t too many people back in Marshall F. Marshall was crazy and he did it for so long. Mother had a thousand yards receiver and rushing, right? And had like mad touchdowns. Yeah, Marshall different. Fair, but he’s going he’s on he’s on that way. Yeah, I will say this. The Bjan Robinson, it’s only been 6 weeks, so let me not jump off the hyperbole train because I’m going to upset Shady with what I’m about to say. But Bjan Robinson in this season, it reminds me of what Adrien Peterson did with the Minnesota Vikings. No, for sure. Because remember, Adrien Peterson drug a Minnesota Vikings team that wasn’t really all that talented at the time. I believe it was to a 12-4 record. I think that’s when Adrien Peterson won NFL MVP, 296 rushing yards if I’m not mistaken. and he carried that team to the playoffs. 2012 was the season. That’s the last time I think a running back won NFL MVP. That’s what it feels like doing today. The only reason the Falcons won this game was because of Bjan Robinson. Not only early with that 81 yard touchdown run, it was blocked well, but Cole Bishop makes that tackle on probably 80% of of running backs in football. But then the second half, you leaned on Bajan Robinson in the running game, you leaned on Bian Robson in the passing game. So Bajan’s ability to both be the second leading receiver on his team, a team that has first round picks in Drake London and first round picks in Kyle Pittz, plus Bjon’s ability to rush for 160 yards in a game where he catches 70 receiving yards, he’s different. And it’s the Bills. And another thing about Bjan Robinson is he should be up for MVP. We want to we want to pray and and and get these quarterbacks all this love and and respect after six games. He needs some of that. 8 822 games. Five games. Come on. That’s crazy. He has 107 touches on the season right now. And in those He’s averaging 7.7 yard. He is the only good thing from Texas even walking. I didn’t even know they had real talk. Hey, even walking. What’s wrong with this dude? He’s right there. He’s your friend. Sh. What I’m saying is I didn’t know that Texas had good football players like this anymore. I I mean, you got Hey, you kill his mic when he starts talking like this. I told y’all. Come on, man. I told y’all. Come on, man. No, you don’t agree with that, though. Texas don’t make good full verse more. No, like that’s dead. It’s not over. Shady. Texas made Xavier worthy. No talking about elite guys. We got some elite guys. Texas has elite bean. Oh yeah, I hear you. I hear you. You see what I’m saying? B the last he’s the last elite guys in the last like six, seven years. They don’t do that no more. Say how many years? Like seven, eight years. Like six. Yeah. Yeah. Don’t do that no more. They don’t really do that no more in Texas. Got you. There are How many Bons are there in the world? Very, very little. Very little Bjons. And Shady just be talking. He just like hearing himself

  14. Its not all on him but he is the main dude and a real one. We def got to use him every way possible. That one catch was insane too. Dudes hands are better than some WRs. London is damn good when he playes like that Penix is nice if he keeps improving and dont force it and maybe move around some more. But he'll of a game from the A and knew we had thr dudes but what a performance. Being my home team knew the O had the potenial but the Defense is what impressed me. Ive wanted forever to have a solid D and they were swarming like crazy and were young af. PITTS and Algere are great 2.

  15. Shady is Nice but no one better than Bijon atm. He can Block is top 3 RB talent that iant weak and can hit homeruns and is good enough to play WR even.

  27. You keep insinuating that the falcons “aren’t all that talented” and that lets me know you haven’t watched any games other than the Buffalo game…smh. That’s is a young very talented team and they’re starting to put it all together. They’ve only had one bad game this season, and that was an anomaly.

  28. If you take out week 3 which was a fluke game, then the Falcons would probably be considered the best team in the league (Yeah Tampa is good, but besides the 49ers game, they've only won their games by less than one score, and the 49ers are mega injured.)

    As for week 3, there were 2 major reasons it was a fluke:
    1. Injuries
    We didn't have AJ Terrell (one of the best Corners in the league ATP), Jamal Agnew (One of the best returners in all of football), and Casey Washington (who doesn't sound like a lot, but with Darnell Mooney and Drake coming off injuries, the WR room was severely weakened, and having Casey Washington out doesn't help)

    2. Communication issues
    The Falcons got a delay of game coming out of a timeout among numerous reports that headsets were faulty/not working. Then on top of that, the entire team looking not properly coached and ready for the game.

    Plus, the Falcons played better in every statistical category minus points.
    So I would take week 3 with a grain of salt, if anything it helps because now the Falcons are striving to not repeat that, and will play better for the rest of the season because of it.

  29. Things we're going great until it was posited than the Falcons only won because of Bijan and nobody checked him on it. Did nobody see what Penix and London did? Nobody noticed what the defense accomplished? NOBODY on the panel knew that the Falcons ended the game with the league's number 1 defense and number 2 offense? That's a huge fail fellers, as a former sportstalk radio host I'm telling you ya gotta do betta!

  33. Best defense in Atlanta since the 1998 team. We all know what happened that season. This offense is better than that 98 team. lol grab your popcorn, it’s about to be a movie. 🍿
