The Miami Dolphins Don’t Have Any Leadership at the Top

Miami Dolphins can’t handle this. Two are out there. He’s thrown seven interceptions on the year. He’s got no business talking about his other teammates when he throwing three interceptions. That is true. But I think he knows that, too. So, what does it say that to a tongue of Aloa fulfill the need to show up in a postgame conference and call out Cats for being late to team to player only meetings, not showing up at all? He’s saying there’s no leadership at the top. And there’s no leadership at the top. That’s a direct assault on your coach. Mike McDaniels knows football and I’m quite sure he’s a skilled offensive mind. He just looked like he don’t have any business leading a franchise. He just doesn’t. He just doesn’t. And I wish Brian Flores could have worked these out because let me tell you something right now. It was weak what Tua did in calling him out after Brian Flores was gone. You know Mike McDaniels, you love him. How’d that work for you? Cuz Brian Flor is doing a hell of a job in Minnesota coaching their defense. And by the way, if him filing lawsuits and stuff is not going to be held against him and it’s judged purely on football, Brian Flores is gonna be a head coach in the NFL again because the man could coach. Make a coach.

  3. I respect Coach McDaniel; I’m very disappointed in Tua.. SA you should reach out to Coach Sabin I guarantee none of this would happen under his leadership and I find it disrespectful how only person of NFL support you after many concussions he suffered!! I’m so saddened because I have been a fan of Tua ever since College before his accident!!! Totally disappointed!!!

  12. It’s funny how you can tell these Analysts don’t watch the games. They look at the box score and write their own narratives. 😂 Tua threw 1 “real” interception. Waddle popped a ball up on 1st play of game & the last play of game with 5 seconds left. He toss a garbage time pick to Derwin James attempting to set up a Lateral. Prior to that he lead Miami on 2 TD drives where he went 8 for 8 56 yds and a TD to Waller for lead with 46 seconds remaining. Now please help me understand how he played a bad game 😂. Defense gave up 7 redzone drives.

  13. If flores could cosch he would be a coach period he's not head coaching material coordinator yes coach no the vikings aren't going anywhere flores drafted tua flores went 1-15 as coach that season prior to getting tua

  14. Flores as a HC had WR room that was 32nd in the NFL in separation, had 3 different OCs in 2 seasons . Flores also had a 31st and 32nd oline during his 2 seasons. He was a good DC BUT THATS ALL HE WAS WITH THE DOLPHINS !!!! WITH McDaniel he is doing FAR BETTER THAN FLORES BECAUSE McDaniel has had 2 playoff appearances and shouldve been there for a 3rd time last season !!! Tua made it to the Pro Bowl and lead the NFL in Passing and Completion % !!! Steven A its NOT EVEN CLOSE McDaniel is a far better HC than Flores far better !!!!1
