Milwaukee Brewers jinxed themselves from advancing to the World Series

  1. If the Brewers don’t want to be considered a little brother in the majors maybe they should quit actin like one 🤷🏼‍♀️Never going to age well to be a sore winner and take the opportunity to troll when you should be celebrating the win not the opposing team losing.

  2. Why do fans always argue about teams having some fun and celebrating a series win? They didn’t jinx themselves, they just faced a much better team than the Cubs.

  3. It felt like a curse when I saw it the first time. It reaaaalllllyyy feels like a curse now.

  4. My brother in christ, the current dodgers are arguably the most dominant lineup ever assembled in the live ball era.

Statistically nobody was beating them regardless of celebritory antics.

  5. the dodgers celebrated winning the pennant like it was a random game in july. take notes, act like you’ve been there before, and remember the goal is a ring, not a pennant

  6. Kinda reminds me of the “attaboy” thing. Granted, I love Orlando Arcia. He’s has fun playing the game, goofs around, and is the type of player I think kids should look up to. Doesn’t take himself too seriously. But after that locker room hot mic moment it felt jinxed. Felt bad for him that it in some ways became his legacy… but never talk trash till the fat lady sings so to speak

  7. Not a cub fan-at all, but this was bad karma for sure. They didn’t sweep the cubs, they went 3-2, against the cubs, not something to brag about.

  8. “Brewers lose the next four games after beating the Cubs. Does beating the Cubs curse them?”

  9. If any bad energy is to blame, it’s that POS fan telling a Dodgers fan that she should call ICE on them.

  10. But brewers fly the L every cubs loss. It’s not a new thing. The brewers are just finally getting attention!

  11. The Brewers were ELITE in this series at scoring 1 run in a game. If this was the score 1 run every game playoffs they would already be champions 🔥🔥

  12. Not jinxed. Dodgers were always better than them. ESPECIALLY RN. If they didn’t wave anything, they were still gonna get Molly whopped

  13. So if they hadn’t flown that flag…Snell pitches like crap? Yamamoto flames out? Ohtani forgets that he’s the second coming of Babe Ruth?

The Brewers were a good team. They don’t have nearly the talent to stand up to the Dodgers when they’re at full strength.

  14. Call it a jinx if it makes you feel validated. The “L” flag is a prop of the Cubs which they fly atop Wrigley Field when they lose (and “W” flag when they win). Brewers fans have been flying the “L” flag anytime they beat the Cubs for years, and because Milwaukee is one of the smallest markets in baseball, only small percentage of viewers have ever seen this done before. We were celebrating a *FIRST TIME* post-season series victory over the Cubs and one of the Brewers players borrowed the flag from a Brewers fan to hold up in the photo. Just embracing a small market franchise tradition and keeping it alive. It’s an act of a rivalry, stop clutching your pearls.
