So we actually spend quite a bit for our market size. Interesting
I would like to know what the average cost of running a team is. Logistics, hotels, support staff, equipment, medical, field maintenance, etc, etc.
I honestly couldn’t be happier with Sherman after Glass. Maybe my expectations aren’t high enough, but he paid Bobby. And we seem to be making really smart moves in trades. Which is enabled by him being willing to spend. I definitely think he invests enough to make this team competitive year in and year out
Cubs fans should be piiiiissssed
More curious where the rest of that money goes in Miami. Royals seem to be trying to save some money for the future contracts, Vinnie and Maikel hopefully, and saving for new stadium costs.
The luxury tax paid by the Dodgers alone is greater than the payrolls of ten teams.
