Patriots WR Kayshon Boutte Emerging as One of the NFL’s Most Efficient Deep Threats

  1. This is why we shouldn’t be trading for any receivers rights now. The number of increased catches and YAC, if any, that a typical WR1 could produce wouldn’t be worth a high round pick

  2. You actually have to admire how this dude went from almost being cut to being a decent player!

  3. I just love how good he is at back shoulder and contested catches! Maye and Boutte’s chemistry is elite though! Going back to last year, they always connected even when everything around them was a shit show. Boutte is an extension candidate for me! I feel comfortable saying as of right now his floor is WR2 and ceiling of a WR1B. Extend Boutte!

  4. Anyone else slightly annoyed both our WR picks from ’24 got cut and traded ? Should’ve just stuck our guns with Boutte/Pop and drafted other positions.

  5. Boutte was a pretty highly touted prospect but slipped due to off the field stuff. Glad to see him start to perform. His ceiling is pretty high.

  6. Not a stereotypical deep threat. He isn’t going to burn anyone but he has done really well past 15 yards down the field and is willing to fight for it.

  7. I was surprised the Pats didn’t release him when the sport betting news came out and he got arrested. I’m so glad charges were dropped and we still have him on the team. He’s a gem

  8. I’m glad he seems to be panning out, I remember being really interested in what could happen when they took a flyer on him.

  9. I don’t know why they didn’t mention that he ranks 2nd in yards per target.

**1st in yards per target for receivers with 20+ targets
