PURE DOMINANCE IN NLCS! Snell, Yamamoto, Glasnow, Ohtani combine for 35 Ks, allow just TWO runs 😳
And Ronnie Blake Snell has been excellent in his first two postseason starts and they are riding the high of this big left-hander right now. This is his 13th postseason start. Six and three erra under three. But the battle here is that he’s a swing and miss guy. Wants you to chase and the Brewers are the most patient team in baseball. Right there. You go chasing like that now because of that pitch you just saw. 0 for 15 hitters this postseason on the curveball slider against Snout. Two-2 to Contrarus and a swing and a miss. That was a curve. Smith blocks it. Applies the tag to secure it. And we are off and running in game one of the championship series of the National League. Oh, he go. Did he go? He did. It’s a swing and Collins is out. First base umpire James Hoy with the ring up. And now a throw to first and he’s got Verman picked off. Snap throw by Freeman to second base and out. That’ll be a caught stealing and it’ll be out number two. Duran trying to get a big jump and Blake Snell makes him pay. Boy, he really showed it because he had a big jump off the base here. He showed Blake Snell that he was going and it was pretty easy for Snell to read that and Cheurio is rung up. Snell comes back cool and calm in the middle of the chaos and picks up a K to start the fourth inning. And the payoff pitch. Yell a swing and a miss and Snell wipes him out. Backto back Ks to start this fourth inning. Snell with a big fast ball at 97. Perfectly placed. The one two again and a little tapper. Here is Snell. He fires low and Freddy Freeman with another scoop. He saved game two with a scoop in Philadelphia. That one was headed for the right field line. Ha. And a called strike three on the inside corner. Snell spotting that change up perfectly. Locked up Durban. Go. And he has been as dominant as ever. That is a swing. Collins unable to check it. And Blake Snell with eight strikeouts has retired 10 in a row. Four straight change ups. We’ll see if he does it. Ortiz on the ground ranging over Muny and Blake Snell turning himself into the headline again for the Dodgers in the postseason. He is through six [Applause] and that change up is riding again. Cheerio is out. Strikeout number nine for Blake Snell. Payoff pitch to Yelich and a bouncing ball to Tommy Edmond. And Blake Snell has retired 13 straight Brewers. No action in that bullpen. Contrarus on the ground to third. Muny gobbles it up. And Blake Snell goes through the seventh inning. Didn’t throw a single fast ball. Retires him in order. Pitching a shut out in game one of the NLCS. Dodgers lead. We go to the eighth. The Blake Snell show thus far. One- nothing Dodgers. We go to the bottom of the eighth. Two balls in a strike. Terang roll over ground ball. Freeman he’ll take it to the bag and there is out number one. Vaughn on the ground had no doubles over there. Muny guarding that line and he makes the play for out number two. Well positioned and Maxy on a 5-3 put out retires Vaughn. Two men are out here in the eighth inning. 16 in a row retired by Snell. And Blake Snell is the story. He’s faced the minimum through seven. Freelick in a 3-2 count. Here comes Snell. And he rings him up. Blake Snell drops a big curve. Caught him guessing. What a performance tonight from Blake Snell. And his three postseason starts as a member of the Los Angeles Dodgers to die for. He’s gone 21 postseason innings. His two earned runs. Yoshobu Yamamoto is going for the Dodgers. He has been great all season. went to the post 30 times and Allstar was their most consistent starter all year long, but he lost his last start in the postseason and had a tough start here in July against the Brewers. One and two to Terra. Bouncing ball and a tough play. Nice pick by Muny. Good hands. Maxy, Will Smith, two of the best. Freddy Freeman knocks it down, finds it, and finds Yamamoto covering first for the out. Broken bat yelich a little roller over to Muny and he’ll make the play. Three ground ball outs. Yamamoto settles in and called. Strike three. Stuck the fast ball right by him and the first strike out for Yamamoto as Churio cuts and misses and Yamamoto wipes him out. Big fast ball upstairs for Yamamoto as he strikes out Christian Yelich. Led that league and wins. And he got him back to the splinter. He goes and he strikes out Caleb Urban. Inning is over. Strands a runner at first. Two to one Dodgers. One ball, two strikes. Ortiz takes off and the pitch is a called strike three. No throw needed. Yamamono drops a big curve on Bryce Terang. The inning is over. Another one two and Vaughn right to Monty. Soft liner in a one two three inning. Yoshi Yamamoto dialed in efficient. Bowers roll over ground ball. Tommy Edmond scoops it makes the play and Yamamoto carries on. puts up another zero. He’s retired eight straight and a called strike three right on the edge. Impeccable command all night long. Yamamoto with his sixth strikeout. First ball swinging. Muny’s got it. Two outs on the ground. Edmond backhands it and makes the play and Yamamoto breezes through the eighth. Will he come back out for the ninth? What a performance. Backto back. Brilliant starts. Two and two. And Contrarus skies one to center. Dean settles under it. And there is out number one. That was a rare hanging breaking ball there from Yamamoto, but Contrara still couldn’t handle it. Was ready for the postseason. There’s a chopper to Yamamoto. He’s got it. And the Dodgers are an out away from a two nothing advantage. And Yamamoto is an out away from a complete game gem. Here he comes. The O2 and a swing and a miss. And Yoshi Yamamoto with his crown jewel as a Dodger. It is a complete game. He goes the distance and the Dodgers win game two by a score of five to one. And Yamamoto stands tall on this night in Milwaukee as Tyler Glass now is ready to make yet another twilight start of this postseason. Robbie, these pitchers have been untouched here in this postseason. Glass now coming off his start against Philadelphia. Six scoreless innings with eight strikeouts and no walks. Terang a swing and a miss and the first strike out for glass now and a bouncer toward third. Fair ball. Easy step on the bag for my Tyler Glass now works around a little two out damage in the first skies one in the infield. Mookie bets a gold glove nominee this year. There is out number one. Glass now deals and a ground ball glove by Muny’s coming to the plate and the tag is in time. Wow, that was a great play by Max Muny. Mark it down. Big play of the game early. Let me tell you, not just a great play. Watch this. He pretty much got up through without even taking a peek kind of where to go and threw it on the perfect side of the plate. If that’s done on the other side, he’s probably safe. But gives him a great lane. Can’t do it any better than that. Terra a swing and a miss. First fast ball he saw and Glass now puts it right by him. Strike out for Glass Now. That’s his second. He’s got one on the curveball and now one on the fast ball. We talked about the tunneling. Lauren was talking about the tunneling. Lakes to throw that high fast ball across the letters and then break that curveball off the same position. And a swing and a miss. Glass now strikes him out with a slider. Backto back Ks for Tyler Glass. Now he got back in the count with a two- slider and then a heavy dose of the same pitch. What he got 2, it’s what he got 2-1 and then finally on 3-2 and just couldn’t lay off. Glass now wipes him out. Back door slider. Tyler Glass now with his best inning. Three up, three down, three Ks on 3-2 and a called strike three. Fast ball surprised him. Glass now spots that fast ball beautifully and he’s got four consecutive strikeouts. Ronnie, going back to the third. Well, Vaughn took a fast ball right down the middle on the 2-1 count and then that one you can’t get to. That was a beautiful pitch on the outside corner. Fiveks for Glass Now. And a swing and a miss. Glass now wipes him out. Smith with the pick and the tag to secure it. Five consecutive strikeouts for Tyler Glass. Now he’s got six in the game. He’s just got that great leverage. 6’8″. He gets on top of that curveball and it goes straight down. And when you have these kind of shadows and get ahead, all you can do is bounce it. They’re going to swing at it. And a cold strike three. Drop the hammer on him. Glass. Now a strike out to end the inning. Number nine hitter for the Brewers. He reached on a fielder’s choice his last time up. That was that terrific play by Muny up the middle ranging over his Betts. Nice big hop for him. He throws on the run and Mookie Betts takes care of Joey Ortiz. one shortstop to another. Rookie Betts has come such a long way at shortstop working with Miguel Roas. And watch how he cuts this ball off, takes the angle. In his first year at that position, I always felt there was some anxiousness when I would watch him play. That is gone. Got the crew chief behind home plate today, James Hoy. Cheerio rings one out to Betts. Hit it sharply, but Bets right there. And it’s the second out of the inning. Couple of ground outs here for Tyler Glass now. was one of the rare two seamers from glass now who came in on Churio to get that ground ball. Nice pitching. Sends one to left. Kik Hernandez makes the play. Hit it sharply but right at the Dodger left fielder. Ball is in play for the Brewers. Nothing to show for it. Three up and three down. The 2025 NLCS is presented by Lone Depot. Palm trees of LA. First ball swinging William Contrarus and it’s a 6-3 put out to start it for Tyler Glassnau and a swing and a miss. Chase ball four. Glass now strikes him out. Gets back into the strikeout run. Well, there’s the answer to the question. One base runner is what Dave Roberts was going to allow Glass Now. Show Otani making his first ever postseason start at Dodger Stadium. You know, we get to watch a young man who is the best at hitting. He’s the best at throwing. He takes us adults in the booth and he makes us children because to be able to watch someone throw a 100 miles an hour, have 600 p other pitches to go with it is something that you can’t believe but still an honor as Turio strikes out and Otani’s first out is a K. Well, he just humped up and threw that ball right by him. That’s a called strike three. Otali paints with a 100 mph fast ball and backto back strikeouts. One swinging, one looking. What a start. Put him away with the sweeper. And after the leadoff walk, Otani then strikes out the side in the top of the first. And a swing and a miss. And Otani picks up his fourth strikeout. He goes upstairs. Ortiz chases the ball and it’s out number one and Tang into left field slicing. Hernandez is there. Perkins off the bag and out. It’s a double play and a base running blunder by Blake Perkins and the Dodgers have their foot on the gas. A perfect running throw by Kik Hernandez. Otani deals and a swing and a miss. Contras strikes out. Otani picks up a big out on a K. Cheerio stays put at third base. Two men gone now in the fourth and a swing and a miss. Otani strikes him out on a splitter. Brewers get a runner at third and one out and cannot score. Otani keeps the zero on the board. Is it a swing? It is. And it’s a strikeout as Otani takes down Caleb Durban. His sixth strikeout of the game. Otani chance to come right back on the mound and put the Brewers down in order. He does so. Seven strikeouts. Show Otani. What a player. He’s got seven strikeouts through five innings. And a little half swing by Collins. That is the splitter once again. And he strikes out Collins to start the sixth. One and two on Terra and a swing and a miss. It’s another strike out. Sits him down with a splitter. Back-to- back Ks to open the sixth and four in a row. He’s up to 10. And the Brewers now in business. Two on, nobody out. And here comes Dave Roberts. And this place is going to roar when Otani walks off the mound. Six plus innings, 10 strikeouts, two home runs, one legendary performance.
Blake Snell, Yoshinobu Yamamoto, Tyler Glasnow and Shohei Ohtani were absolutely stellar for the Dodgers during the NLCS. They combined for 35 strikeouts and gave up just two earned runs against the Brewers!

yelich is not a monster now strikeout man、 waiting4BALL MAN🤣🤣
MAX WAS OUTSTANDING IN THE SERIES
let's really ruin baseball 👏👏👏
Elite Four of pitching
I really hope Snell's performance is recognized more and more. Every first game in the postseason should be difficult to start. He is undoubtedly the one who initiates this dominant. And I couldn't imagine him getting runs while pitching.
How to lose ? 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Pick your POISON!!!
☠️ ☠️ ☠️ ☠️
1️⃣2️⃣3️⃣4️⃣
All of them cy young level
He's a hot guy, Max Muncy‼️
🤦♂️what’s the point of 162 games when there’s a team that has this much money?
Another boring World Series.
Shohei pitching like he never got 2 Tommy John surgeries. 💀
Snell is the greatest picthcer and should be more praised. Yes, i also respect ohtani's greatness but as a pitcher only, snell got two times cy young winner.
It this are max muncy highlight?
Accept it !
Jealousy is a dangerous drug !
Dont get addicted !
Add an exceptional closer!
I could not recognize the time when this team built a strict pitchers group , and with my surprising ,could enjoy the most exciting time at the end.

Don't forget that Roki Sasaki will join them in the rotation next year
Mark my words… Four years from now. Its going to be Skeens, Yamamoto, Roki & Ohtani. Paul Skeens going to be Tom Cruise "The Last Samurai" 😂😂😂
Only Yamamoto pitched all year, the others just basically showed up for the playoffs…must be nice. MLB needs a 2/3 rule, if you don't make 2/3 of the years starts in rotation, no post season.
Yamamoto is incredible ❤
Glasnow curveball is unfair
They also have Roki
