Carolina is the superior team here. This is a Carolina team that I gave you at the start of the season to win the Stanley Cup. I think they’re going to do it. Uh they have a very good shot as long as they stay healthy. Uh the Kings have won the last three meetings between these two teams, 5-2, 4-2, and 7-2. Uh dating back to last season. Kings are hungry coming in this game. They’re coming off three straight losses. uh onegoal loss against a very good Winnipeg team, a one-goal loss at Minnesota in overtime, and a twogoal loss against the Pittsburgh Penguins. Uh their first victory of the season came in a 6-5 uh shootout against Vegas. They did lose against Colorado, very good Colorado team, 1 to4. Carolina is the superior team here, but they got to lose at some point. They beat uh New Jersey to start the season 6-3. They beat Philadelphia 4 to3 in overtime. They beat San Jose 5 to one and they beat Anaheim 4 to one. Uh three snowflake teams basically in there that the victories are not that impressive. Ah, so Carolina has struggled against the Kings in the past. I think this is a tough spot for them. The Kings come into this game hungry. We’re taking the home team as underdog plus 115 over the Carolina Hurricanes as they hand them the first loss of the season. Post in the comments section below.
