[Music] You can’t do anything but laugh, folks. I mean, that was as laughable and of a bad performance as I think I’ve ever seen in the National Football League. from the coaches to the players to the quarterback. That was the biggest joke I have ever seen. Miami loses to the Cleveland Browns 1 and5 31-6 and it was never competitive. It just never was. two threw three interceptions and it just barely barely eclipsed 100 yards through 100 on the dot. It was arguably the worst quarterback performance that we’ve seen in the NFL. And then we have a CBS, I think, reporter in whatever it’s called in Cleveland saying that that might have been the worst game by a quarterback I have ever seen. And you know what? It’s hard to disagree to a tongue of Aloa is the worst QB I think maybe in the NFL at this point. A 24.1 QB rating. You have to try to be that bad. Try three interceptions. Unbelievable. He got benched for quit Eors. He got benched. I I like I I I feel like every time I’ve done a postgame video over the last like three weeks, I have tried to come up with the right words, the verbiage to react in a good and mannered way after the game. And every time I find a point in the video to where I am a little bit speechless and don’t know what to say right here, right now is one of those moments again. What am I supposed to say about what I just watched? You want the truth of what I’m going to say? He needs to get off of my football team. I tweeted it live. Get him off the team. I just don’t know how you can justify and I know and I know there are a lot of Tua defenders out there and listen I’ve talked a lot about how you probably can’t move off of him because of that contract. I no longer feel that way. I would be willing to eat the dead money to get rid of Tua tongue of Aloa. So, we’re going to ask you a question and then we are going to talk about the financial aspect of it before I move over to talk about Mike McDaniel and this coaching staff. But let me know, should this be Tua’s last season in Miami? Yes or no? Simple question. Want to know. Get your thoughts down in the comments. I think it should. So, originally I tweeted out to his contract. I have consistently said that you can’t move off of him because of the dead cap. Right now, if you cut him currently, it’d be a little You’d have $137.8 million in dead cap. If you cut him prior to June 1st, after this season, $99 million in dead cap. But here’s the interesting thing. Tua currently has a 56.4 4 million dead cap or excuse me cap him for next season. If you cut him after June 1st, the cap number goes up. Yes. It goes from 56.4 to 7 67.4. So you only add on $11 million in dead cap if you cut to a let’s just say in February. So you would have next season’s Tua would not be playing football for you, but he’d be $67.4 million on the cap, but it actually does save you a little bit of money. Um, excuse me, no, it doesn’t save you any money now, but it saves you money obviously in the future. You have $90 million in projected space in 2027. You cut to a post June 1st that balloons up by 22 million to 112.1. In 2028, you have a projected cap space of 171.9. Cutting to her right now saves you 60 million and gets you to 237.7 million. The point is you would yes have a 67.4 4 million dead cap for next season. And that is brutal. And you can’t have a successful team with someone making $67.4 million to not play for you. But I’m at the point after how bad the two lead offense looked, you can’t continue to employ them. You can’t do it because if you employ them and you throw them out there to play every Sunday like you’re doing right now, you’re just you’re just setting yourself up for embarrassment. What we saw today was so bad. It was the worst display of football I may have ever seen and it was a embarrassing performance. And I got to be honest, I don’t think I could be convinced that any other decision is the right move. Assuming those two are gone in January at bare minimum, the new regime, full support for me, cut to them. And if and if I’m gonna be honest, I think if I’m a new GM and I’m taking the Dolphins job, I’m saying to Greer, I am going to take the job on the stipulation that I am allowed to cut Tua and have that dead cap because I don’t want him playing football for my team. Well, the issue that we kept on seeing reported is that Stephen Ross would not fire Mike McDaniel unless the team quit on him or it became an unbelievable dumpster fire where it would be like so hard to watch. And then we even got the point of people this week saying this. And on Sunday morning kickoff, we heard Adam Shfter report that there is the expectation that Tua or I mean, excuse me, Mike McDaniel, I’m trying to find the exact verbiage of the quote that Oh, here it is. Mc Miami Dolphins are not expected to make a head coaching change anytime soon and intend on moving forward with McD McDaniel into the season, but that’s before you have a disastrous, unbelievable bad showing. Like the team quit on them. They did. They came out flat once again to start the second half. We’re the worst second half team in football. Outscored 14- nothing again today. and we were the second worst point differential in the second half coming into this week. There is just no way that you can look yourself in the mirror and have any selfrespect. And I’m speaking to Stephen Ross. You cannot wake up. I get it. You’re a multi-millionaire. You have more money than I’ll ever have. And listen, you might think you got a good thing going right now. You probably do. I’d pro I’d switch places with you in life with a heart. You can’t look in the mirror every morning and have respect for yourself if you continue to employ Mike Daniels Chris. No, you can’t. That’s how bad you are letting McDaniel and Greer run this franchise into the dirt. And if you had any respect for your legacy as Dolphins owner, you would make the change right now. Because if we’re gonna be honest, Stephen Ross has done a lot of nice things for this football team. He’s spent money on the team. He has upgraded the facilities to top-notch. The Dolphins are always voted as one of the best facilities, locker room, chef, recovery in the NFL. But no one will remember you for anything other than allowing Greer and McDaniel to run this franchise into the ground. It’s the God’s honest truth. So, if you have any selfrespect, you have to fire Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer right now. And as long as you let this continue, the less respect the NFL world and your fan base will have on you. Fans are done. The fans are done. Nobody wants to watch this team play anymore. No one wants to support them. It’s embarrassing. It is. Um, we’ll see the same thing about Devon Achan. Jaylen Phillips and Bradley Chub are obviously going to get a lot of trade buzz. Phillips had a sack today. The point I’m trying to make with this statement is that we’ve said that the Dolphins will be sellers of the deadline. Question is how much are they selling everything in their cupboard where they’re going and and trading away their best assets like Jaylen Wild and Devon Achan to get multiple first round picks or first round pick an extra first round pick next year? And if you’re doing that, are you really allowing Chris Greer to make those trades? And if you are allowing Chris Greer to make those trades, are you allowing him to return next season? Like to me, the most obvious thing of all time is to fire Chris Greer tomorrow, to fire Mike McDaniel tomorrow, reset the locker room, reset the front office, and whoever you point as the new GM and acting GM for the rest of the year, you direct them to trade certain people, to keep certain people, and that’s it. and just do your job. So, that’s kind of where we’re at. There’s just no way to say anything else, right? I don’t know what else there is to say. That’ll do it for today’s show.
