Went to Game 1 of NLCS last week – got tickets in the Vizzy Loft and was surprised when we got there and were told the tickets were Standing Room Only especially for the $300+ per ticket price. We got there early to secure bar high top seating but were told those were sold as reserved seats.
When purchasing the tickets it said to look at brewers.com/allin for more details. When I did that it said the seating was General Admission. Doesn’t really matter anymore but just wondering if I missed something somewhere.

I would not expect these to be SRO. The Brewers were selling SRO seats the day before and maybe day-of both Monday and Tuesday games for face value $139. The way these tickets are described I would expect a reserved seating area without assigned seats like the other group seating areas with buffets. I’m not sure its intentionally deceptive but that sure seems likely.
Ask for a partial refund and then think about charging back some amount if they don’t do anything
You missed something here. But in your defense, they don’t usually sell these tickets (and their other all inclusive tickets) individually on their website. These are almost strictly sold to groups during the season. I’d say it’s a coin flip whether the average fan would know what they’re purchasing.
Tough because there’s nothing that mentions specific seats or even a section. Buying tickets without even a section # I think you have to understand the risk.
