Patience is no longer a thing in the NFL with qb’s. Franchises move on too fast nowadays and that qb goes on to be good somewhere else. Give him time everyone, we’re not even halfway done with his rookie year
Beating a dead horse here.. but man they should’ve fired Cally after year 1.. now we have our “franchise QB” with an interim head coach.. our time lines are the worst from firing the GM but not the HC and vise versa. 😪
Cam actually played pretty well today all things considered, but it’s completely overshadowed by the two turnovers. Give the kid time, if we move on from him too quickly he’s going to go somewhere else and turn into a good quarterback for another franchise. He’s got a burning desire to get better, and he will
That’s a lot of dumpoffs and behind LOS passes against prevent defense down by 20. Like really who cares that he can throw 6 feet when down by 3 possessions lmfao
I firmly believe we have the best QB in the division long term, it’s no secret we’re the worst team in the league by a wide margin. The fact he’s showing any promise at all on this squad of ineptitude shouts volumes. He will be a top ten QB in his 3rd season.
I reckon, I know he has had some rookie mistakes, but he has also flashed a lot in a terrible situation. Give him some time, we aren’t even half way into the season.
It’s pretty amusing, watching the fans get enchanted by one throw. Like a cat playing with a laser pointer.

Which reminds me,
I heard a terrific stat from Mina kimes this week that the 2025 tits offense is averaging fewer than 4 yards per play. No nfl offense in the last 20 years has accomplished that feat by season’s end.
Unfair to judge cam based on that, or maybe it’s entirely fair. Time will tell. This offense is empirically one of the worst the nfl has ever seen.
Baker Mayfield is living proof that you should never jump the gun. If the sparks are there, give it time for it to make a fire.
I did not want them to draft Ward. I was still in the give Levis a chance camp. That being said, Cam’s personality is infectious. That dude is obsessed with football. Give him the key to the city.
I understand having patience, but I don’t quite know what we’re being patient for. Does Cam make rookie mistakes? Or are his mistakes just him, and this is what we get going forward?
Now if you said have patience while we go get a better coach, scheme, and maybe draft some WRs, then I’d say yeah, I’ll have patience.
He needs to hang on to the ball and stop fumbling giving up easy point. But he has all the tool. Once/if we get weapons he will be just fine.
