He’ll be high up in the rookie point leaders for sure all season! Kid is a star!
All of these guys Finnie is ahead of are high first round picks, except Nikishin who is 24 years old.
Demidov who?
It should be noted that all 5 of Finnie’s points have come 5 on 5 or 6 on 5 situations. Every one of Buium’s points have come on the PP, and Schaefer only has 3 even strength assists.
7th rounder btw
Would you guys say he’s playing at the level of a top 25-50 prospect?
If his play stays consistent and he doesn’t lose that top line spot he should be able to keep up with the race.
Finnie has only played LW, hate seeing him listed as C everywhere
If he keeps it up, whether he falls a little bit behind or still ahead or right there in the mix, he could win it all because for being a seventh rounder
Calder 👀
How did this kid make the Wings at 20? Did he just have a development spurt in the two years since being a throwaway pick?
I was hoping ASP would be inline for the Calder and he still might it’s a long season but the 1st line with Larkin and Raymond is hard to beat.

What a crop of rookies this year
For now. Our boy about to leave them in the dust.
Wow two D are the other two at 5
Couldn’t be happier for Finnie!
Finnie for Calder. Just as we all expected
