Boomer sounds off on the Jets’ commitment to Justin Fields:

I wish I had a direct line to Aaron Glenn on Sunday. I wish I would have been able to say to him as as opposed to Garrett Wilson yelling at him as they’re going into the locker room. I wish I could have said, “Look, let’s sit down. Let’s sit down Justin Fields. He’s not he doesn’t have it today and let’s put in Tyrod Taylor. Let’s see if we can win this game because we if we, you know, we have a chance to win this game, but we have to get some sort of offense going in order to win the game. And it’s okay that we’re sitting our guy down. We’re going to play this other guy and then after the game we’re going to lo Tyrod Teller if we win the game. Tell everybody how great he is. He’s a great backup. He’s a great teammate, but Justin Fields will be starting our next home game against Carolina. That’s the practical, very matter-of-act way to do it. It’s not like you drafted Justin Fields. It’s not like you’re Chicago. Yeah. And you’re year two into Justin Fields. That’s not, you know, you’re not Carolina and you’re year three into Bryce Young. You know what I mean? Now, you don’t owe this guy anything except the money that you paid him.

It doesn't matter if it's Tyrod or anybody else…if the QB is playing that bad bench his a$$ and put someone else in…just saying do something…if that doesn't work put someone else to put fire in these guys who get payed plenty to play. I don't see the fire…these other teams are playing better…we are just getting worse. Carolina is gonna come in here with the energy to want to win…Saints are ginna beat us too…we are a better team! But no one is taking charge…no fight…no smarts…not a go***mn thing…I don't see us beating anybody. 0-17. Oh and it doesn't matter who we get in the draft.!!
