  1. I am all in on the Bears Organization and current staff. The thing I like about this Organization from top to bottom is, all of the People from top to bottom, are willing to hold themselves accountable first for the part they played in any situation. Stuff rolls downhill. If the staff are holding themselves accountable, do you think they will accept players who will not? The players who want to win, will be the Bears of next season. We will be pretty good this year, next year, the Bears will be crisp! Maybe by the end of this year, we'll see? Go Bears! Peace. LaMu
