I really did not expect this division to be such a gauntlet this year. Seattle is way better than expected, and the fact that the Niners are 5-2 despite having their entire team on the IR is terrifying.
I do think the Rams being two plays from 7-0 makes us the favorite, but ultimately wins are all that matter in the NFL and at a certain point, your record doesn’t lie. Whether or not SEA and SF regress at all in the coming weeks will go a long way toward determining how easy of a path we have to the division crown.
One win against the Seahawks & a revenge against the 49ers will be sweet. The Cardinals aren’t in the picture unless something crazy is happening.
