We’re 4-3 overall, with a 1-0 in our divisional games. This season has been messy for a ton of teams across the league, if things stay the course you’re gonna see some 9-8 and 8-9 teams in the Wild Card.
Bryce is injured and we have the Packers, Bills, 49ers, Rams, and Tampa twice on the schedule. Atlanta has a lot of their tougher games behind them, for better or worse.
Strength of schedule prolly, we have strong teams ahead of us
Easier schedule remaining
As long as Raheem Morris is coaching ATL they will crumble somewhere along the way. Very talented roster w/ very poor coaching aside from Ulbrich.
BY is hobbled right now and we got some tough games ahead. All we can do is try to go 1-0 every week and see where we land. We’re already more competitive than I anticipated this year.
Who cares really. These mean nothing until January anyway
9, 10, 11? Wtf is this?
I know the point of the post is the playoff chances, but I need context about the list because if these are supposed to be “power rankings” someone is on crack.
I’ve learned as a Panthers fan you should just ignore stuff like this and national sports media in general for your mental health.
We really are delusional aren’t we 😂 I love it.
Who cares? Like we are written off constantly. And if we make it, cool. If we don’t they were right.
We won’t get any respect period until we knock off at least 2 of these 5 win teams coming up. The schedule is brutal indeed. But in a way im glad bc its hard to get a true read how good we are or could be until we face serious contenders. Not saying we haven’t done some things that are really encouraging and made some real strides… but we had to fight back from 17 down against the Dolphins. And the Jets win only makes me worry. we still have a way to go and we have to stay consistent. To be blunt …Rico should be made our primary back, all feelings aside. There isn’t any team we can’t go toe to toe with the way Dowdle was running that ball weeks 5 and 6. Chuba came back and our offense grinded to a halt even looked nonexistent at times. Rico barely got on the field and when he did he would get pulled right back off killing any rhythm he was building and he still ate up 96 yards of offense with half the touches as before. He has shown in the previous 2 games the more you feed him the ball the more dangerous he becomes. #vote4pedro…You don’t place a man on the bench when he is on fire breaking records and awakening the sleeping giant that is the Carolina Panthers fanbase. Last but certainly not least, not making him the official starter when he no doubt earned it is not how you get a guy to want to stay with this organization and sign an extension, being as we only have him signed for this one season. Keeping him happy and around should be considered after seeing what he is capable of. Looked like a second coming of deangelo williams with the clear visor and short dreads… please please please get this one right Carolina. This past performance against the Jets isn’t going to cut it. We’ll be on a 4-5 game slide playing this way against these better opponents that are coming our way.
Starting QB is out with injury (high ankle sprains are notoriously nagging, unpredictable injuries), recent history is unfavorable for us sustaining success, and they’re prognosticating based off of the remaining schedule. I don’t know what their algorithm is to calculate that percentage but there are several factors that don’t bode well for the Panthers. Hopefully the players and coaches are able to overcome those factors but I really don’t see this as some type of slight or disrespect, we just haven’t been good for a long time and not don’t have our starting QB.
Panthers play best when they’re doubted to win – let’s keep it that way until we sneak into the playoffs, also doubted to win.

I’m gonna say strength of schedule.
