We said it last week, I’ll say it again. Stephen Ross does not care about Miami Dolphins football because if he did, he would have fired Mike McDaniel and Chris Greer after the embarrassing performance in week seven against the Cleveland Browns. Then you have Ian Rapaort reporting on social media that no change is expected in this Dolphins front office and coaching staff. It just proves Ross doesn’t actually care about the product on the field. And I compared the situation in Miami to plants. It’s like a weed. The weed is not gone until the roots get dealt with. Well, we now know the roots is Steven Ross’ incompetence and lack of accountability. Until Ross grows up and finds the ability inside himself to move on from McDaniel and Greer, this franchise will never be confident and competent. And it all starts with the owner, Steven Ross.

  7. Anyone else remember when he fired Joe Philbin halfway thru the season then Dan Campbell took over and he turned the team completely around? Then Ross didn't hire Campbell for the next season, and we flopped again.

If we was any type of fans we would have known this was coming when Ross gave Mike the winning ball that told me Ross loves some Mike then we seen Mikes jokes at the podium stop after last year and this year because Mike seen something wasn't right just check it out but Ross still believes in Mike that's why he not gone
