Yeah, after their own ‘just a QB away’ mini-era fell through (not their fault, who saw Rodgers tearing his achilles after like 30 seconds of game action coming) they’re starting over.
Again.
I’m not even forty yet, and this is the… fifth or sixth ‘start over from the beginning’ the Jets have had in my lifetime I think.
I’m from Norway, had no prior connection to any team before I starteed watching the sport, ended up becoming a Panthers fan during the 7-8-1 season followed by the 15-1 and thought I had accidentally happened upon the next dynasty.
Didn’t quite pan out that way, but it’s been fun regardless!

this is how I’ve felt about the Hornets
Almost sixty years of mediocrity except for a few seasons in the late 2010s. Don’t know why there’s Jets fans, especially with the Giants having had success since the 90s and are on the up and up again.
honestly, they have a legit defense, a wr1 and a rb. they just gotta spend money on the oline, draft a qb and get a better coach. they’re not down super bad.

didn’t even get to see the Rex Ryan days when they were genuinely pretty solid
