Wise trying to dig down into the reserve tank. A blast by Trouba. Save and the rebound put home. So Nashville just got too tired and the top line finishes the job. Leo Carlson puts the Duck back on top as they just pepper. Certainly did get possession. And they ice the puck. And this is on the ensuing faceoff. You got a tired group out there. Watch Carlson. He takes it away. McTavish back door feed score. A costly turnover by the Predators and suddenly it’s four to2 and Ross Johnston again involved again. There’s the urgency. There’s a little miscommunication here and the Ducks get on the for check. Johnston gets it out to McDavish and look at him takes it on the outside and Senica comes back door. Saros gets over there but it’s just a play so quick and he kind of fans on it a little bit. gets kicks back towards McCarron jumping on it. Wise black center. Cole Smith had a stick on it. Stick was tied up. Followup shot by McCarron is stopped. Is a team that it goes for the offense. So he wants his guys to hunker down, get back to their structure. Ross Johnston had a goal and three points on the night, Cutter Gauthier added a goal and an assist, and the Anaheim Ducks took a 5-2 win over the Nashville Predators.
