The numbers speak for themselves 🤯

The Chiefs won again in dominant fashion on Sunday, and that’s not even doing it justice because I think this might have been one of the most dominant all-around performances in NFL history. And I want to talk about the defense specifically because the numbers are ridiculous. The Chiefs held the Raiders to only three first downs on Sunday. It was the fewest first downs for any team in a regular season game since 2008 and just the fifth time a team recorded three or fewer first downs since 2000. That lack of first downs meant that Las Vegas only ran 30 offensive plays on Sunday. That marked the second fewest for any team in the Super Bowl era. The Chiefs also held the Raiders to only 95 yards of offense on Sunday, ultimately leading to their first regular season shutout since 2011. It’s all to say that this defense was just about perfect on Sunday. And now entering week eight, it’s the number three scoring defense in the NFL.

  25. The Raiders are bad, but no matter how bad they are, shutting out a team in the NFL is hard to do. If you just saw the 30 first downs to 3 stat line, you'd think multiple fumbles and/or interceptions played a role, but the Raiders didn't commit a turnover until after they were already down 31-0. If the Chiefs starters didn't get pulled at start of the fourth quarter, they probably would've dropped 40 on the Raiders.

  26. I heard someone say it perfectly… the chiefs had 31 points and the raiders 30 offensive plays 😭 so if the raiders scored one point every offensive play then they still would have lost the game 💀

  27. When the season started we lost 2 games and every network,every analyst,every play by play commentator said the chiefs are done. They said the chiefs dynasty is over. They said we haven't recovered from SB loss. Well guess what people! We are 4 and 1 since those 2 losses
    Every year it's the same boneheads talking the same 🐂💩. I am so sick and tired of people not giving us our due diligence. We are coming,we won't be stopped and we will take our division.
