He and horn are on the short list of most underrated players in the league right now.
I’d love to see an off season dedicated to just beefing up the defense. We have a serviceable o-line, decent RBs, and finally it seems a real WR1. The most help we can give to Bryce at this point while also helping the organization is to just spend a whole draft/free agent season on D. Do not do the Bengals thing and get more receiving weapons, etc. Right now we’re playing from behind too much and are in too many must-pass situations.
Imagine if we hit another hog mollie. Imagine if we get a Keuchly/Davis like duo. Imagine if we find another Peppers. Just one of those would be amazing for our D right now. And if you can’t find a great starter, hopefully they can be a solid backup. We sure as shit need the depth too.
