  1. He also said Mitch and Hart will be out awhile, wish the Knicks would be honest about Mitch and stop with this load management nonsense

  2. It’s just regular season, get healthy and ready for playoffs should be the mantra. Just sucks not being full strength for opening night though

  3. I feel like this is just Knicks preferred to not show their hand entirely at start of the season.

  4. Ooof not a great start but what can we do but hope everyone becomes healthy and we figure it out in the meantime.

  5. These all sound like recurring injuries that could pop up throughout the season! Not very encouraging!

  6. Thibs would never let this happen!

In all seriousness, better dealing with this now rather than in April.

  7. You just knew the moment Thibs was fired then the injuries would start. This team was miraculously healthy last year somehow.

  8. If there’s no Hart, KAT, or Mitch… what is the starting lineup??

Do we move OG to the 4 and start Huk? Do we start Yabu at the 5 (he’s pretty small for that)… Keep OG at the 3, start Yabu and Huk? Does this mean Jemison is getting meaningful minutes?

Cavs are one of the biggest teams in the league with the Mobley/Allen combo which doesn’t bode particularly well to be missing our front court.

  9. Alright we’re starting 0-1.

Sucks but in the grand scheme of things you’d rather this happen now than in April.

  10. This is bullshit. I might hate Mike Brown already. Let the guys play Game 1 then start with this nonsense. This is absurd

  11. The rational part of my brain says this isn’t ideal for the very first game but probably not an issue in the long term for any player not named Mitch. The doomer in me is definitely calling out like the green goblin mask though

  12. We’ve got the best medical staff in the entire NBA. I’d rather these guys get healthy instead of having them get hurt all year round because they couldn’t get right at the start of it. It’s a long season

  13. Just gotta repeat to myself to give them the first 20-25 games to get things straight. Health chemistry lineups all that.

  14. It’s game 1. Was Thib’s over usage of players so bad it carried into the next season?

  15. The Knicks lucked out last year having the team stay healthy. OG, Towns, Mitch and Hart usually don’t play more than 65 games a season

  16. I’ve never seen so many injuries in training camp for this team and I’ve watched them for 30 years.
