The New York Giants cannot let Wan’Dale Robinson wear a different jersey next season.

Robinson, who is on the final year year of his rookie contract, has stepped up big in his role since superstar wide out Malik Nabers toe his ACL on September 28th.

In the last three games, Robinson has 209 yards on 17 receptions and a touchdown. It’s also worth noting that he is averaging 12.3 yards a catch.

He has 203 yards after catch which is seventh among wide receivers this season.

He has the traits to be a top slot receiver in the league.

A long-term deal needs to happen.

  1. This is the type of shit I make fun of other fanbases for when I lurk their subs

Would love to have wandale back at a team friendly number but let’s not pretend like he’s prime Wes welker

  2. He’s like 4th on the priority list, man.

Elumenor, Thibodeaux, and Flotts all have better arguments for extensions.

  3. Giants number #1 resign priority is Jermaine Eluemunor and it’s not particularly close. We’ve had garbage o-line play for a decade.

  4. Would love to re-sign a solid home grown guy, for a price that’s fair. He’s a respectable underneath wr3, but lets not have any illusions he’s more than that.

  5. He’s a solid WR. He’s also entirely replaceable. The Giants should absolutely aim higher for what Wan’Dale will likely cost to retain. He will forever be limited by having the smallest catch radius in the entire NFL. It leaves no room for error for QBs targeting him. He’s not elite at anything, certainly not to any degree to outweigh his limitations.

  6. He’s much better than Slayton. I said extending him was a mistake, but people insisted DJ was the only problem…

  7. Depends on his ask. Looking at the upcoming WR FA market, he’s likely the best option and most likely option.

  8. I like Wandale, he’s a good player, but he’s too limited to be a priority. No contested catches, stuck in the slot, and you have to be super accurate because he has such a small wingspan. I’m not losing any sleep if he walks. If anything I’d rather get someone who isn’t stuck in the slot so we could rotate Nabers in there. Give him more of a Cee Dee type role.

  9. Flott is the #1 most important. Can’t make the same dumb mistake we did with McKinney and Love. Wan’Dale follows him.

  10. I’d put Elumeanor and Flott over him, but he’s dependable so I’d definitely like to bring him back. But I’d also like to get another receiver still.

  11. Nope, trade him now while he still has some value.

He’s a tough guy and a great athlete. But unfortunately, his arms are too short.

  12. Why is this fanbase so in love with the most mediocre players alive? Robinson is a WR3 at best on a good team

  13. He’s really not that great and could be replaced. Our offensive line, clearly cannot be easily fixed so we need to hold it together with all we got. Same at corner.

  14. Like everyone else, for the right number, sure…

Wouldn’t mind letting Slayton walk and throwing that $12mil at Robinson.

All this goes out the window if they trade for meyers or waffle though

  15. Absolutely not. We already paid Slayton and if people are shouting to trade for waddle, we’d have 2 highly paid Receivers already and wandale is a luxury at that point.

Flott looks to be trending in a much better direction. Elumunor is a much higher priority and if we can’t get a deal done RT becomes our biggest need in the offseason. And reinforcing the interior of the line should be much higher priority so we can actually run up the middle and use Tracy and Skatt… 2 guys who have 2 and 3 more years on their contracts respectfully.

Wandale is a luxury, not a necessity at this point in our roster management looking into 2026.

  16. Wan’Dale doesn’t actually have the traits to be a top slot receiver. He has a limited catch radius, his hands are suspect at times, and he’s bothered by contact. He won’t ever be in the category of players like Sun God and Lamb.

  17. I love him as a fan favorite personally but he is so absolutely and massively overrated by this fan base.

    Do not break the bank

  18. Is he really? Good player and hopefully he’ll stay. I know we need lineman but if the Giants get a shot at Lemon I hope they draft him.

  19. Yes, the entire franchise’s #1 priority is keeping a secondary receiver. There’s no bigger problems at all, like coaching, the O line, the secondary and linebackers, or even placekickers.

  20. Definitely not. He should be the last one. He’s coming up big but he’s clearly a third man on a good corp.

  21. Am I the only one that hates that he gets pushed around so easily and cries for penalties? He’s much better at drawing penalties than catching footballs

  22. Jermaine Elumenor is infinitely more important and flott too. Thibs could be, he is better, but we do have burns and carter

  23. He’s a WR2 at best and would most likely be a WR3 on most other teams if even starting. Yes he’s getting volume, but that’s because we have no one else that can catch. I’d love for him to stick around, but only if the price is right.

  24. I disagree he has been bad the last few years I think you could get a guy like that anywhere I would prioritize a wide out in the draft.

  25. Hes played slightly better since Nabers went out, but he’s still only Slayton level, he’s essentially just a like for like when we let Slayton go.

  26. > In the last three games, Robinson has 209 yards on 17 receptions and a touchdown.

Because there’s literally no one else to throw to. WR2 is either Lil’Jordan Humphrey, Beaux Collins, or Jalin Hyatt.

  27. He should be at best our WR3. With Nabers injured we have by far the worst group of pass catchers in the league.

And considering Nabers plays so violently he constantly breaks himself, we can’t even rely on his elite talents.

  28. Dude is on pace for like 1200 yards. He stepped up big time in the absence of Nabers. An absolute must re-sign priority. Only thing that gets in the way is if he demands an astronomical amount, which I highly doubt.
