’25-’26 Chicago Bulls; Come for a New Spin on Mediocrity, Stay for Matas Buzelis

1. I’m ONLY watching for Matas and the occasional essengue minutes.

2. Matas Giddey Coby and Ayo are all worth watching. Add next year’s lottery big man and we could be working with something…. in 2029.

3. In a perfect world, we’d stay for Matas and Yuki.

4. So a team that reset the core to get younger is still not getting fan support? At this point I don’t know what fans want.

5. I’m here to watch the team develop tbh. At least we’ve started rebuilding

6. Perfectly captures my attitude. I’m dipping my toe into league pass territory here, hope it’s justified.

7. I’m just here for another run of the mill spin cycle kind of year. Another pointless play-in appearance just to get eliminated. The front office idiots will claim a great season and everyone will get 20 year extensions.

8. Just watching for Buzelis and to a lesser extent, Essengue.

9. Matas and Cam Boozer are going to feed families

10. I predict that they’ll make the play-in tournament and lose to the Heat…again.

11. This is actually looking quite promising if you care about lottery odds. Coby and Zach are out for a month or more. Okoro, Ayo, and Pat have nagging injuries. We have probably the worst shooting backcourt in the NBA and likely a bottom five defense with Vuc and Giddey starting. It’s hard to project more than 35 wins as a best case scenario… but I’m an optimist.

12. Don’t worry, this time we will beat the Miami Heat in the 9v10 play in game

13. I’m asking for somebody on the coaching staff to firstly work with every single player to exponentially improve their horrendous shooting. And secondly to put all these frail, skinny dudes into a fact based strengthening system. These two things will do more good to improve the team than anything else.
