49ers are going to run out of steam when it matters most. It’s incredible what they’ve accomplished with what little talent they have left but in the end it’ll be Seahawks or rams.
with each injury to a vet, they must call upon another rookie to step up which they have done very well. At this moment they are probably an average NFL team, can still win but no guarantee. still only winning games at the last minute
the 49ers organization has been very willing to have rookies play crucial roles. gambling the outcome of every game upon them. pays off so far really well in the future and against expectations this season

The Rams are 5-0 in the AFC and 0-2 in the NFC, and 0-1 in the NFC West. The 49ers are 0-1 in the AFC 5-1 in the NFC, and 3-0 in the division. That doesn't factor in? Because that gives a huge advantage to the 49ers. All Rams wins are AFC. The math ain't mathing.
