Jacoby hangs in the pocket a long time. It leads to more passes over 10 yards but also more hits and sacks. Kyler tends to ditch before the pocket starts collapsing.
Whatās your point? Brissett still handles the pressure better than Kyler.
I can’t wait til we get rid of Kyler so the sub can find the next reason why we can’t win. We all know it starts from the top and there isn’t a way for us to take the team from bidwill. There is a reason why the joke teams remain a joke. So we will continue to get sub par coaches/gms that can’t get other jobs until we get a good combination that will give us a nice product for a short time til they leave for greener pastures because they would rather be somewhere where bidwell isn’t.
I donāt think brisket is the savior some people think he is. I personally think youāre betting off playing Murray now and making a decision later. Iād like to see more aggressive play calling with Murray.
God Kyler fans are annoying ..I can imagine 3 years from now ..do you see how bright the lights in the stadium are?!!
Nobody could complete a pass with those lights shining down on them not even Brady!!!!
I canāt wait for Kyler to come back and the Cardinals lose by 3+ scores; although I already know what the excuses will beā
The o-line is buns. Itās been buns for so fucking long, even in our 7-0/10-2 run they were ass, but on paper their stats were saved by Kylerās ability to escape the pocket
Iām like 90% sure half our posters donāt watch the games. It could also just be dead internet theory and they are simply rage bait bots
Drew didnāt give Jonah any help until late in the fourth quarter.Ā
Itās coaching. They canāt coach an offensive line
They canāt coach an offensive schemeĀ
They canāt coach accountability of other coachesĀ
And even Ralles put swear in coverage for fucks sake
All these articles and post blame everyone BUT THE COACHINGĀ
It’s like the people saying that JB is getting more passing attempts. He’s getting more passing attempts because he’s hanging in the pocket and maneuvering within the packet longer. KM is bailing out and scrambling earlier on those plays and they aren’t showing up as pass attempts.
The line in bad for both QBs. But JBs style ends up working better for the passing game than KMs does. That said, sometimes KM takes those plays and turns them in to TD runs or big chunk plays with his legs and JB isn’t going to do that.
This is a constant ā3rd and Longā Offense, regardless of the QB. Part of the good surprise of Jacoby has been his ability to hit guys deep on 3rd down but they are always behind the sticks, even without penalties on some drives. Iām glad that Petzing stopped āgiving upā on drives like that but it still doesnāt change the reality that his scheme constantly puts them in that spot. Obviously, his early down calls are killing AZ.
Because he can see the field and make quick readās Murray canāt hellJB got sacked about 5 times in a row by Parsons at one point Murray should be done vas a cardinal
Kyler panics because he canāt see whatās happening down field (when heās in a tight pocket).
Just watch tape.
āThe offense looks better than it did with Murrayā
Based on what? The offense averaged 4.7 yards per play this week (bad) and 5.7 yards per play against (good).
Brissett has been decent across two weeks but the idea that heās been some revelation is hilarious.
I mean, we did just play the Packers and Micah Parsons and the Colts aren’t that bad either (Jacoby was also throwing more due to game script).
According to ESPN we’re about middle of the pack for pass and run blocking.
As others have mentioned, Jacoby is less mobile and hangs in the pocket longer, also inviting more pressure.
Difference between Murray & Brissett, POISE.
Yeah but Kyler sucks
8 sacks in 2 games is kinda crazy?? 3 from micah parsons lol
Patriots fan currently living in Indy. Iāve seen more Brissett in my lifetime than maybe anyone but his mother.
Objectively the Cards Oline has not been good but this is standard for him regardless of protection and oline quality.
If you send a nickel or safety he will tank the shot and throw the ball anyway. If pressure gets home he will also tank the shot and attempt to throw the ball anyway. Itās like Wentz and Big Ben had a baby raised by Gronk
He rarely throws it away or scrambles. Leading to 5-6 second plays with defenders draped around his legs as everyone begs him to throw it away or tuck it and get some yardage back on a sack
this is a funny conclusion. So the OL is bad for both of them, and Brissett cant scramble and cant run away, and the offense still looked better? Oh, and some of these hits Brisset is staring them down and taking a hit while delivering a pass on time and in rhythm. Kyler wont do that.

**the fact that thereās even a debate as to whether the cardinals should start brissett over murray is proof enough that K1 is more like K2..*
as in š©. Heās trash
