Extra day of rest sounds perfect this week.
I’m sure Kareem will be fine and tough through anything to play. Trey Smith worries me a bit though. Back spasms on an O-lineman can lead to not great things.
To be honest I rather they all sit out this week
I’d honestly love if they gave Trey the week off. Have Caliendo start. Washington’s defense is not great.
I know we’re all anxiously awaiting Josh’s return; but to me the silver lining is that the first team snaps that Moore is getting right now WILL pay off for us later in the year. I like that Pat is continuing to trust the left side in spite of Josh’s absence.
Thankfully, not only is this a long week, but our match-up on MNF should be pretty advantageous. Jayden Daniels is out (which is sad because he’s fun to watch) and the rest of the team is pretty injured too.
So we should be able to take care of business so long as we are gelling like we have been.
