What must Aaron Glenn show in the final 9 games to earn your confidence?

Win the final 9 games
I need to see improvement in the clock/game management decisions. I don’t think I’ve seen a coach as bad as he’s been in deciding when to go for it on 4th down and how to manage the clock.
win even just a single game we think is a guaranteed loss (which feels like all of them at this point…)
Win one for starters.
Commit to the tank and lose out
I mean, this is sort of a mulligan year for Glenn and I think Woody, in his comments on Fields, hinted at that.
Fields is a failed experiment – and it is a black mark on Glenn’s talent evaluation since he championed signing him – but… this is the worst version of the team Saleh and JD built so I can’t completely fault Glenn for the failure this season.
I want to see what Glenn can do with a roster of his guys so to speak and a QB that can actually throw the ball.
Brain transplant in all likelihood

Keep the locker room. If the season ends and the locker room still believes in him, so do I.
But that realistically only happens if we string together some wins.
Genuinely if we go into the bye winless he kinda can’t… unless he somehow makes Brady Cook look like Tom Brady in the back half of the season lol.
That he can run a team as a head coach and show something of an improvement.
It’s over. He’s a bum.

Nothing. The only thing he’d needs to do to earn my respect and confidence is if in these last 9 games, is for this team to intentionally lose on purpose so the jets get the golden boy Mendoza
Way better game management. From clock blunders to straight head scratching decision making, it’s just red flags galore. The absolutely horrible approach to the end of halves are alarming, and just one aspect of things being bad. I don’t like that he has shown nothing to impress me through 7 games, but plenty to making me concerned. That’s a bad sign.
Nobody expected us to do anything this year, the bar was so low it was basically in Hell, and yet we can’t even meet those pathetic expectations. It’s shocking how shit this team looks every week, and how and Glenn looks every week.
I’ll say, on a positive note, the defense looks better at least.
Honestly, he already has my confidence. I wasn’t expecting a magic turnaround. He needs a quarterback. I want Justin Fields to be the guy, but he ain’t the guy.
This team is in desperate need of continuity with leadership for a few seasons. There’s no reason that AG can’t be a competent coach in this league. The team and the fanbase need to exercise patience.
