As of this recording, they’ve won four straight, and it’s not been a fluke either. They have beat some of the best teams in hockey. Uh, I think they got a couple wins over Toronto during this time. Edmonton, the last year champion Florida Panthers were in there. Uh this is a young Red Wings team. The high expectations this year are expectations that they need to start winning to save some jobs over there. And uh they’ve really stepped up and it’s not been a fluke like I said either. They’re also ranked in the upper half of the league in Corsy percentage was something I like to look at. They go up against an Islanders team that uh has also playing well of late. They’ve won three straight games coming into this game. Um but keep in mind the Red Wings uh were better than the Islanders last year. had a better overall record even though either neither team did make the playoffs and they’re off to a better start this year as well. The Red Wings are underdogs here in this game plus price on them, but that’s because they will be playing their second game in back-to-back days in this game. But I think it’s too early in the season to be worrying about fatigue and back-to-back games. And I like the Red Wings here at a plus price.
