My god he had this offense humming, the player movement, the emphasis on threes, the pace, and of course 11 guys in the game
He tried multiple different lineups today, he tried a Deuce Clarkson Shamet front court with OG at the 5. And it WORKED. It may never work again, but this kind of fun is what the regular season is for. He had Kolek and Hukporti on at the same time, he trusted them and it WORKED. He had a 2 way contract player guarding Evan Mobley, and it worked.
This guy seems more more and more like the coach this current roster needed.
Guys like Yabu and Clarkson will get more acquainted as things go on, and I’m not worried about them
But this genuinely has all the makings of a championship team. Go knicks. And in Leon we fuckin trust

Koleks minutes had me so hyped with some of his assists and paint work. Great start to this season no one was afraid of shooting!!! OG really has to work on his threes though, but his rebounds made up for it
