It’s a liability on this defense considering how good the secondary continues to look. Secondly, Michael Pennock Jr. made some costly mistakes. took a strip sack in the first half, then the intentional grounding penalty to end out the half when you easily could have put points on the board, and then at the very end, Zack Robinson’s play calling. On third and one, pitch play to Bean Robinson. Run the ball up the middle. And then fourth and one decides to throw the ball on an out route. It’s just bad situational football.   1. I can't really blame the defense for this loss, even with all the yardage they gave up to the run. They did all they could to keep the team in this game, it was the offense that failed them.

  2. This is why you don’t get your hopes up with this team. They’re a 9 and 8 team. We will never win with smiling Raheem as the head coach. You have to be a well coached team in order to fly across the country and beat a team like the 49ers. We’re not well coached and won’t be till Raheem is gone.

  14. We lost because Bijan couldn't get going, and our offensive line had their worst game. As Bijan goes, so do the falcons. The defense only gave up 20 points.

  15. i agree, coming off the win against the bills we shouldve had all the momentum, when penix fumbled in the first half i think his confidence was f'd. We were done after that

  19. Agreed. MPJ also bizarrely struggles with throwing screens. Multiple times throwing too high or too low when the ball needs to be perfect to keep the receiver in stride.

  21. When the Falcons win Zack Robinson doesn’t get any credit but when the Falcons lose Zack gets all of the criticism. The Falcons loss because they were out classed! The Commanders and the Bills couldn’t stop the run but the 49ers did.

  22. Pitts was abusing whoever was covering him yesterday and they wouldn't go to him. We consistently don't use what's working to open up other options. This is the second lose where Pitts on quick routes into the middle wasn't used (Carolina was the other hand).

The refs absolutely nuked our second half too, pulling a plate in the end zone is 10 yds and they never called shit, but when we had 12 they were HOT on our case. the niners were jumping like crazy in the 4th with 0 calls, that intentional grounding was at 11 seconds, one of our D-line got shoved in the back in a televised replay, countless times they dropped heads at penix or dove for his knees which if it was baker or our defense they would’ve IMMEDIATELY called RTP. Yes the offense couldn’t get the ball in the end zone, but the refs wouldn’t even let us get to the 10 yd line

  26. Anccccc! Don't blame penix or the running backs. It's not their fault that the line sucks. They are not good. Who wouldn't fumbles when a lb has an clear shot on you in less than two seconds. Stop playing dude. No we can't run to the middle on 4th and 1. The line can't get any push. The defense is not good at all. We have a couple of bright spots but all together we have starters that couldn't make other teams practice squad. We have no dts and only 1 cb. The falcons aren't built to compete

  42. Well don't worry, Falcon's play my Dolphins this week and they gonna score in all three phases. Offense of course, but they also gonna strip sack Tua and run it in. Then whoever returns kicks is gonna take one back.
