Brewers manager on Ohtani’s historic Game 4
you’re part of tonight. An iconic, you know, maybe the best individual performance ever in a postseason game. I I don’t think anybody can argue with that. Guy punches out 10 and hits three homers.
Milwaukee Brewers manager Pat Murphy gives Shohei Ohtani his flowers for 3 home run, 10 strikeout performance in Game 4 of the NLCS for the Los Angeles Dodgers

Why did they pitch to him after the 1st hr?
“Giving someone their flowers” is such a corny ass phrase
If the Doyers lost this series I really wanted the Brewers to win their first title. Unfortunately, the just hit a buzzsaw in the Doyers.
He reminds me of Bonds in SF😬
And he did it against YOUR team..quit fawning
That’s when you know what you did was legendary. Even the opposing manager was in awe of what he did.
Bow Down! To a pitcher & batter greater than you!
😮wow
hats off to milwaukee
Punches out 10, and pitches 6 shutout innings. And hits three HR.
Respect to Brewers! Great season
It’s equivalent to 100pts in the NBA, ridiculous Shohai is in a league of his own
Respects 🙏
i’m starting to think the manager had the best seat in house watching the dodgers
Got smoked by a better team
These guys make good cameras too..
What a Meaningful and Humble way for him to Acknowledge what a GREAT PLAYER SHOHEI WAS❤❤❤
Wrong subtitle Bleacher. Shohei don’t want no flowers. Save the flowers for WNBA.
He's the 🐐 no one comes close.
Bill Belichick did not rip off his sleeves
감독님 잘못 아니에요
오타니가 잘못 했네요
정면 승부를. 해 주셔 감사합니다❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The cubs would give dodgers a better fight, brewers been frauds
Once in a lifetime performance
You lost to the goat. No shame in that.
A lot of people said he was being too cautious with Ohtani when he was struggling — but he was right after all.
This guy is a real manager, he showed character, knowledge, experience and attitude towards his players and took them a lot further than people expected…the Brewers turned out to be a very good team, displayed, teamwork, team effort and Murphy, can't deny this; he was key in their success. …. On the other hand, Roberts, at 8.1 million a year, making close to six times Murphy's salary, but no glory and offering the owners nothing to deserve it. well… there's no honor winning the World Series or any game for that matter, with his performance…he could've stayed home and watch the Dodgers win without him…. the results would be the same….
They still going to lose the world series
That cutter should be illegal absolute filth smh
Was hard to believe Ruth could pitch and hit homers until Ohtani came along
Classy.
Brew crew got their asses kicked like no other. Huge let down Milwaukee, got schooled like never before.
Pat Murphy is a great coach and a really good person. Baseball needs more like him ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

Sometimes you're the hammer and sometimes you're the nail it happens
It's an I beam not an H beam. Think train rail.
The Brewers are a really good team. They still battled in this game. They just got hit by a tsunami.
Something is going to happen in a few years.
maybe dont fly the L next time bums
Ohtani is a monster
As a Brewers fan I'm not even mad either.
We were prepared to fight an uphill battle against the defending champs. Sure those regular season wins were promising but against a team with THE Shohei Ohtani, you can never be 100% certain of anything.
I think I speak for everyone when I say that we were obviously hoping to avoid a sweep but that game 4 being the nail in our coffin is somewhat comforting because I don't know another team in the league who would have survived against that kind of performance either.
Shohei might be the best to ever do it and this was a legacy game for him, one that will be in the history books and I am proud that the Crew was even able to be in the position to go toe to toe with an all-time great like him. We will be back next year to hopefully challenge him and the blue once more.
Nothing to be ashamed of man. You had a hell of a season. Sometimes you run into the immovable object. Sometimes you run into the unstoppable force. On that night, you ran into both.
Much respect.
Big props to Pat Murphy of the Milwaukee Brewers 👍🏻
punches out ten hits on a team that has the worst batting in the history of all playoffs in the mlb
Hate the dodgers, but impossible to hate Ohtani
respectful and humble. just how it should be
Im really surprised about Billups but if you been watching the NBA you know Damon Jones and Terry Rozier are dumba$$ knuckleheads.. whatever they said they did they did 😂
