BREAKING | New Orleans Pelicans Sign Free Agent Deandre Jordan To A One Year Deal

All right, guys. Breaking news presented by TAS Performance. Make sure you check out taskperformance.com. Pelicans have signed free agent center DeAndre Jordan to a one-year deal. Uh, and look, I absolutely love this move. I I know the Pelicans have been struck with injury bug uh with Mei going down and then obviously Cavan Looney, they should be coming back in the next I look dayto day. I don’t know when Looney comes back in the next couple weeks, but either way, I still love this signing because it adds more depth to your center position, which you need. He’s a big body and overall he’s a winner. He’s been part of winning programs, winning franchises for years. Obviously, those years with the Clippers, you obviously the last three years he’s been with the Nuggets, been the Lakers, he’s been with the Sixers, and also he’s a great great locker room fit and a guy that Mei and Carlo can learn from. Um, especially uh on the bench. He’s kind of be like that that energy guy, another coach on the bench, and also like he’s not going to add 15, 20 minutes a night, but he can give you spot minutes, 10, 12, 15 minutes a night. He can help out that that center depth rotation and overall give you just good leadership in the building.

  8. I love this move. Joe Dumars isn't playing around. We needed a big man bc of the injuries and he goes out there and gets probably the best big man still on the Free Agent market. I didn't even know he was available still. David Griffin probably would've rolled with a G-League player to help fill that spot. Lol
