2. Nate hit the nail on the head. Sneed went from a hungry, 4th Rd corner playing with a rookie contract on a contending Chiefs team to having a Super Bowl win with a major contract on a far less relevant team. He had every reason to mail it in. We thought he was a dog but he was a just happy to get paid.

3. 100% this. The titans are a bottom tier organization and veteran guys know that they are coming here to get paid and go through the motions

4. Yep. Unfortunately, the Titans are a cash motivated team, not a winning motivated team. There’s a reason why we “overpay” for certain players and those players realize they are coming over for the money, not for a chance of a championship. When the money is paid, they take a step back and do the minimum and try to get traded to a contending team. You can see the difference in cash motivated players and winning motivated players by which ones just go for the biggest bag or the ones that take a “pay cut” to play for a contending team.

9. I got downvoted by saying, this was a bad trade.. We are paying all this money and draft capital for a guy who has two Super Bowl rings. Dude will come here just to get paid.. and sure enough.. he’s doing just that. Awful awful trade
