The overunder is 5 and a half goals. The Kings getting a goal and a half on the puck line or minus 192. Meaning if you bet them that way and they win this game outright, you’d win. They lose the game by one goal, you win. And the Stars laying a goal and a half on the puck liner plus 160. Meaning if you bet them that way, they have to win this game by two or more. That’s when the empty net goal can be your friend or your enemy with the extra attacker that you know they may get may or may not get at the end of the game. Now goalenders are probably going to be Aer in net for the Stars and it’s supposed to be Cooper in net for the Kings but neither goalender has been confirmed as of yet. Head-to-head the Kings are the Stars are seven and three against the Kings in their last 10. The home team has won the last four games they’ve played against each other. The home team is 8-2 in their last 10 meetings. The favorite has won the last two games they’ve played against each other. The favorite is 6-4 on the money line. However, the underdog getting a goal and a half on the puck line is 6-4. There have been four onegoal games in their last 10, including two of the three games they played against each other last year. The over is hitting their last two. The under is six and four. And at five and a half goals, the over is one, two, three, four, five. The overunder is 5-5. As I said, they played each other three times last year. The Kings won the two games in LA 3 to2 and 5 to four in a shootout. And then the Stars crushed the Kings 6-2 in Dallas. Seemingly home ice is huge when these two teams play each other. The Kings are 1 and four in their last five. There’s some overtime losses sprinkled in there. So, if you look at their record, it doesn’t look like that, but they’ve lost four of their last five games. There was a total of seven goals, six goals, seven goals, and then three goals. They scored three goals in a shootout loss, two goals in a loss, three goals in an overtime loss, and then two goals in an overtime win. For the Stars, they’re on a legitimate three-game losing streak. They lost in regulation. Seven goals, eight goals, four goals, six goals, five goals in a win, three goals in a loss, one goal in a loss, one goal in a loss. It’s hard to win when you can’t score, but seemingly when these two teams play each other, the home team wins. So, I’m going to give the edge to the stars. I’ll take the stars on the money line.
