He’s got a pretty good chance of HOF but safe to say he won’t be remembered for greatness unless he wins a cup with the Leafs

Whenever I hear the name, I can still see that terrible injury in my head.
Always loved Tavares but really surprised hes only now about to reach 500.
I don’t think he ever reached the hype. I remember hearing about him as a 14 year old player on TSN. He was not a generational talent like a Crosby or McDavid

And he’s still 400 goals behind Ovechkin…crazy
