Pork vs. beef, the ultimate battle.
Dammit, why did you make this the pic for today? I was going to cook a beef brisket today because I have never tried making one before! Now I feel like I am betraying my boys.
Don’t get me wrong, pork will ALWAYS be king. I grew up in Smithfield, for fuck’s sake. Yall know it is in my blood, along with all that cholesterol. How can I twist this so I can still cook my planned supper and still support the Canes?
